ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան Իվան Վոլինկինը նախօրեին հայտարարեց, որ 200 միլիոն դոլար ռուսական վարկի դիմաց գնված սպառազինության փոխանցումը հայկական կողմին սկսվել է:

 ԱԺ պաշտպանության, ազգային անվտանգության և ներքին գործերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կորյուն Նահապետյանը երեկ մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ աշխատանքները կատարվում են սահմանված ժամանակացույցի համաձայն, իսկ թե որ մասն է փոխանցվել, որը ոչ, չի կարող ասել։

 -  Դուք ինչպե՞ս եք վերաբերվում այն իրողությանը, որ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը մեր հակառակորդ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում ստեղծում է ուղղաթիռների վերանորոգման համատեղ ընկերություն։

 -  Այդ մասին բազմիցս արտահայտվել ենք, ընդհանրապես, տարբեր տեսակի զենքերի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ մտահոգություններ արտահայտվել է ժամանակին։ Իհարկե, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեզ համար անընդունելի է, բայց յուրաքանչյուր պետության ունի իր ռազմավարական նպատակներն այլ պետությունների հետ փոխհարաբերություններում։ Մեզ համար համարելով ոչ ցանկալի նման երևույթը, պետք է հասկանալ, որ հնարավոր են նման իրավիճակներ, ուստի դրանց պետք է համարժեք արձագանք տալ տարբեր հարթակներում։ Առավելապես պետք է կարևորենք ԶՈԻ-ն ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ համալրելու ուղղությունը ու այդ ուղղությամբ կատարենք ծավալուն աշխատանքներ։

 -   Այսինքն, համարժեք արձագանքը պետք է լինի ԶՈԻ-ն համալրելը և ոչ թե ռազմավարական դաշնակցին բողոքի նոտա հղե՞լը։

 -   Կարող ենք, ընդհանուր առմամբ, բողոքի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել, բայց կարծում եմ դա այնքան էլ հուսադրող ուղղություն չէ, առավելապես պետք է մտածել ԶՈԻ-ն նոր տեսակներով ավելացնելու մանին։ 

-   Համարձակություն ունե՞նք հղելու։ 

-  Մի կասկածեք մեր համարձակության վրա, խորհրդարանական ձևաչափով մեր հանձնաժողովն այս տարվա ապրիլին համատեղ նիստ անցկացրեց ՌԴ պաշտպանության կոմիտեի հետ, այնտեղ բարձրաձայնվել է մեր մտահոգությունն Ադրբեջանին հարձակողական նշանակության սպառազինության միջոցներ մատակարարելու հետ կապված։
