Ի՞նչ է նախատեսվում «Գեղամա գեղեցկուհու» պահպանության համար

Սեդա Ադամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արդի աշխարհում ջրային ռեսուրսների ճիշտ օգտագործումը և բաշխումը լուրջ խնդիր են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների` այդ թվում և Հայաստանի համար: Ջրային պաշարների խնայողական օգտագործումը կարևորվում է էկոլոգիական և բնապահպանական տեսանկյունից և միևնույն ժամանակ ունի ռազմավարական նշանակություն, քանի որ կանխատեսվում է` խմելու ջրի պաշարների սակավության խնդիրը ավելի է խորանալու ժամանակին համընթաց:
Սևանա լիճը ապահովում է հանրապետության ջրային պաշարների գերակշռող մասը, ուստի մեզ համար լճի էկոհամակարգի և ջրհավաք ավազանի ներկայիս վիճակի բարելավման խնդիրները պետք է լինեն պետության ուշադրության ներքո: Ներկայումս առաջնային են Սևանա լճի մակարդակի բարձրացման և նրա ջրհավաք ավազանի բնական պաշարների պահպանության և կառավարման հետ կապված հարցերը: Հարկ է նշել, որ ձկնատեսակների թվաքանակի կրճատման հետևանքով լճային էկոհամակարգում տեղի է ունենում օրգանական նյութերի ինտենսիվ կուտակում և ճահճացմանը հանգեցնող գործընթացների արագացում, ինչը խիստ բացասաբար է անդրադառնում Սևանի ջրային էկոհամակարգի վրա:
Այս համատեքստում առավել կարևոր է Սևանա լճի հետ կապված խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով 2017թ-ին նախատեսված ծրագրերի ու միջոցառումների պարտադիր կատարումը, որոնք ուղղված կլիննեն Սևանա լճի, որպես ազգային և տարածաշրջանային նշանակության քաղցրահամ ջրավազանի պահպանմանը, էկոլոգիական հավասարակշռության վերականգնմանը և Սևանա լճի ջրհավաք ավազանի էկոհամակարգերի բնականոն ներդաշնակ զարգացմանը: Ծրագրերի և միջոցառումների բովանդակությունը սահմանվել է գործադիրի կողմից հաստատաված նախագծով:
