 Յուրաքանչյուր բնակավայր ու դրա կառավարիչը պետք է ունենան հորիզոն, թե ինչ են ուզում, որ այդ բնակավայրում լինի, պետք է ունենան ծրագիր, երազ, թե ինչ քաղաք, գյուղ ու համայնք են պատկերացնում: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, և Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը հանձնարարվեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում մի շարք նախարարությունների հետ ուսումնսիրել բոլոր ոլորտների 2017 թվականի բյուջեի թեմատիկ դաշտերը և ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ՝ տարածքների զարգացման ռազմավարությանը համապատասխանեցնելու  նպատակով:

«Որպեսզի մենք ունենանք հասկանալի վեկտոր, թե ուր ենք գնում, ամեն գերատեսչություն իր զարգացումն է տեսնում, դա պետք է համատեղել նաև տարածքային և ռեգիոնալ զարգացման հետ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, կառավարության նիստից մեկնարկին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանը Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը հանձնարարեց երեքշաբաթյա ժամկետում մշակել համայնքային զարգացման հնգամյա ծրագրի մշակման ու կառավարման մեթոդաբանությունը: Այդ փաստաթղթերը պետք է տեղերում ապահովեն տնտեսական զարգացում:

«Յուրաքանչյուր բնակավայր ու դրա կառավարիչը պետք է ունենան հորիզոն, թե ինչ են ուզում, որ այդ բնակավայրում լինի: Պետք է ունենա ծրագիր, երազ, թե ինչ քաղաք, գյուղ ու համայնք է պատկերացնում: Հանձնարարվում է մեթոդաբանությունը շարադրել հստակ, թուղթը պետք է լինի ընթեռնելի, հասկանալի, տրամաբանական ու պրագմատիկ»,- հանձնարարեց վարչապետը:
