Հաստատվեց պետբյուջեի նախագիծը. նախատեսվում է 70 մլրդի եկամուտների աճ և 100 մլրդ դրամի ծախսերի կրճատում

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հաստատեց 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը, որով եկամուտներ նախատեսվում են 1 տրիլիոն 135 միլիարդ դրամ, ծախսերը՝ 1 տրիլիոն 360 միլիարդ, դեֆիցիտը՝ 150,1 միլիարդ դրամ՝ 2.8 տոկոս: Նախագծով նախատեսվում է նաև ՀՆԱ-ի 3,2 տոկոս աճ:
«Մենք 2017 թվականին բավականին կոշտ բյուջե ենք նախատեսում, թվերը խոսում են դրա մասին: Նախատեսում ենք մոտավորապես 70 և ավելի միլիարդ դրամի եկամուտների աճ, մոտ 100 միլիարդ դրամի էլ ծախսերի նվազեցում: Այն բոլոր հարցադրումները, որոնք հնչեցնում ենք՝ կառավարման, ծախսերի նվազեցման վերաբերյալ, այդ բոլոր խնդիրները շատ և շատ ակտուալ են»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
Ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանն էլ նշեց, որ ամենակարևոր սկզբունքը, որն ամրագրվել է հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեով, հարկաբյուջետային և պարտքի կայունությունն է: Ըստ նախարարի՝ 2014-2015 թվականներին ունեցել ենք պետական պակասուրդի բավական բարձր մակարդակ՝ 4.8 տոկոս: Եվ այս տարվա արդյունքներով՝ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կունենանք 5.9 տոկոսանոց պակասուրդ: Սրա հետևանքով ավելացել է արտաքին պարտք-ՀՆԱ հարաբերակցությունը: «Սա պարտքի ստեղծման հիմնական աղբյուրն է: Մեզ մոտ պարտքը երկու տարիների ընթացքում՝ 2014-2015 թվականներին 43.7 տոկոսից բարձրացել է և յս տարեվերջին 54.4 տոկոս կկազմի: Բնականաբար, հաջորդ տարիներին պետք է լինենք պահպանողական, որպեսզի թույլ չտանք պարտքի գերաճ»,- ասաց ֆինանսների նախարարը:
