Հանրապետության 2-րդ պաշտոնյան՝ Գալուստ Գրիգորիչը, հանրությանն առավել հայտնի է ոչ թե իր զբաղեցրած պաշտոնով, այլ արտահայտած մտքերով, որոնք մի տեսակ աֆորիզմների ու թևավոր խոսքերի են վերածվել: Հիշենք դրանցից մի քանիսը՝ Բիզնես ունեցողը դեռ բիզնեսմեն չէ, Դեմ լինելը դա ընդդեմը չէ, Հայաստանում կոռուպցիա չկա, կաշառակերություն՝ կա, Գաղտնի բառը դա թաքուն բառը չէ, և այսպես դեռ երկար կարելի է թվել… Այսօր էլ պարոն Սահակյանն իր աֆորիզմների ցանկը համալրեց ևս մեկով՝ «Գողությունը գողանալ բառը չէ»,- այս մասին ԱԺ նախագահն ասել է այսօր՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ անդրադառնալով վարչապետի հայտարարած «պրիմիտիվ գողությունների» թեմային:

«Կառավարության մեջ գործառույթներ կան, որոնք ճիշտ ձևով չեն իրագործվում և առաջացնում են որոշակի բողոքներ, որն էլ համարեց գողություն։ Գողություն՝ ոչ թե գողական ասպարեզի մարդիկ գողանում, տանում են, չգիտեմ՝ ինչեր են անում, այլ պարզապես չկիրառելը համարեց գողություն: Այսինքն՝ այն երևույթը, որը կառավարության անդամները՝ ներքևից մինչև վերև պիտի օգտագործեն, երբեմն-երբեմն չի կատարվում։ Եվ դա վարչապետը համարեց որպես գողություն։ Իսկ եթե որևէ մեկը կամ ես, կամ դուք գիտենք՝ ովքեր են գողերը, դա ինչ-որ հայտարարելու բան չէ։ Դրա համար հատուկ հիմնարկներ կան, որտեղ գրում ես, որ սա գող է, և էդ գողին բռնում, տանում, բանտարկում են»,- գողություն բառի իմաստը այսպես բացատրեց նա։
