ՀԱՊԿ-ը արտակարգ իրավիճակները համակարգող խորհուրդը Երևանում նիստ է գումարել

Երևանում սեպտեմբերի 29-ին կայացավ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների արտակարգ իրավիճակները համակարգող խորհրդի 9-րդ նիստը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Բելառուսի, Տաջիկստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի ԱԻ կառավարման պետական մարմինների պատվիրակությունները, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի մարդասիրական գործերը համակարգող գրասենյակի, Կարմիր խաչի և կարմիր մահիկի ընկերությունների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի մոսկովյան տարածաշրջանային ներկայացուցչության, Ալմաթայի ղազախ-ղրղզական ԱԻ և աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչներ:
ՀՀ ԱԻՆ և նախարար Ա. Երիցյանի անունից նիստի մասնակիցներին ողջունեց և նիստ վարում էր ՀՀ ԱԻ փոխնախարար Հ. Հակոբյանը:
Հանդիպման սկզբում ներկաները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգեցին օրերս Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած խոշոր հրդեհի ժամանակ զոհված հրշեջների հիշատակը:
ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության անունից ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ Գլխավոր քարտուղարի տեղակալ Վալերի Սեմերիկովը` մասնավորապես նշելով. «Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ՀՀ Աի նախարարությանը և ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանում կազմակերպված միջոցառումները միշտ անցնում են բարձր մակարդակի վրա: Մեր նախորդ նիստերի աշխատանքը հիմնականում ուղղված է եղել նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մշակմանը և անդամ երկրներում մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնների ստեղծմանը: Շարունակվում է նաև աշխատանքը կադրերի վերապատրաստման ուղղությամբ: Կարծում եմ, որ համակագող խորհրդի հետագա աշխատանքն այսուհետ առավել գործնական է լինելու և ուղղված համագործակցության զարգացմանը: Բոլորին մաղթում եմ արդյունավետ աշխատանք»:
Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված հիմնական հարցերը վերաբերում էին միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության խորացմանը (աղետներից տուժած մարդկանց օգնություն ցուցաբերելու ուղղությամբ), ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ համատեղ կազմակերպվող ուսումնավարժությունների և այլ միջոցառումների իրականացմանը, ՌԴ ԱԻՆ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում անդամ երկրների կադրերի վերապատրաստմանը և հայ-ռուսական մարդասիրական արձագանքման կենտրոնների ստեղծմանը:
ՓԾ տնօրեն, փ/ծ գնդապետ Մ. Ղազարյանը զեկուցեց ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում իրականացված ուսումնավարժությունների և այլ համատեղ միջոցառումների անցկացման մասին` ուղղված անդամ երկրների փոխգործակցության բարելավմանը:
Քննարկումների արդյունքում ՄԱԿ-ի մարդասիրական գործերը համակարգող գրասենյակի, Կարմիր խաչի և կարմիր մահիկի ընկերությունների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի մոսկովյան տարածաշրջանային ներկայացուցչության, Ալմաթայի ղազախ-ղրղզական ԱԻ և աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցման կենտրոնի և ՀԱՊԿ միջև ստորագրվեց համագործակցության մտադրությունների մասին արձանագրություն:
