«ՀՀ կառավարությունը իր երեկվա նիստում հավանության արժանացրեց ՀՀ 2017 թ. պետբյուջեի նախագիծը։ Դատելով բյուջեի ցացանիշներից, հաջորդ տարի մեր երկիրը ավելի վատ է ապրելու։ Մասնավորապես, ծախսերը Էականորեն կրճատվելու են։
Սակայն թվական որոշակի անճշտություններ կան, որոնք թույլ չեն տա|իս «հաշվարկել», թե որքանով Է վատ լինելու։ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց, թե 2017 թվականին բյուջեի ծախսերը այս տարվա համեմատ կրճատվելու են 100 միլիարդ դրամով, սակայն համեմատելով այս և հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեները, պարզ Է դառնում, որ ծախսերը կրճատվում են 17 միլիարդ դրամով։ Եկամուտների մասով ևս անհստակություն կա։ Վարչապետը հայտարարեց, թե եկամուտները աճելու են 70 միլիարդ դրամով, սակայն փաստաթղթերով աճը միայն 24 միլիարդ է: Թվային այս տարբերությունները թերևս պայմանավորված են նրանով, որ վարչապետը համեմատությունը արել է ոչ թե 2016 թ բյուջեի մասին օրենքի, այլ սպասվող ցուցանիշների՝ այսինքն կատարողականի հետ։ Եթե դա այդպես Է, ապա այս տարվա բյուջեն էականորեն թերակատարվելու Է թե եկամուտների, և թե ծախսերի մասով»,–գրում է թերթը։
