Wnews.am-ը շարունակում է ներկայացնել հայտնի եւ հեղինակավոր հայուհիներին։ Այս անգամ ներկայացնում ենք Ռուսաստանի գլխավոր մանկաբարձ-գինեկոլոգ Լեյլա Ադամյանին։
Լեյլա Ադամյանը ծնվել է Թբիլիսիում Վաղո (Վլադիմիր) Խաչատուրովիչի (1925) և Երանուհի Սարգիսի Սահակյանի (1925) ընտանիքում։ 1972 թվականին ավարտել է Մոսկվայի առաջին բժշկական ինստիտուտը, այնուհետև սովորել է ԽՍՀՄ Առողջապահության նախարարության Գինեկոլոգիայի և մանկաբարձության համամիութենական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի ասպիրանտուրայում։
1977 թվականից աշխատում է ՌԴ ԲԳԱ մանկաբարձության, գինեկոլոգիայի և պերինատոլոգիայի գիտական կենտրոնում։
2002 թվականին Մոսկվայի պետական բժշկական ստոմատոլոգիական ինստիտուտի հետդիպլոմային կրթության ֆակուլտետում հիմնադրել ու ղեկավարում է վերարտադրողական բժշկության և վիրաբուժության ամբիոնը։
Նա կոնքի օրգանների վիրաբույժների ընկերության պատվավոր, Գինեկոլոգիական, ընդերադիտման միջազգային դաշնության և եվրոպական ընկերակցության նախագահությունների անդամ, Ամերիկյան լապարոսկոպիստների, էնդոմետրիոզի ռուսաստանյան ընկերակցությունների նախագահ, Ռուսաստանի գինեկոլոգ-ընդերոդիտողների ազգային ընկերակցության փոխնախագահն է։
Լեյլա Ադամյանի աշխատանքները վերաբերում են էնդոմետրիոզի, սեռական օրգանների զարգացման արատների, բարորակ ուռուցքների ու գերաճական շարժընթացների ընդերադիտական պլաստիկ-վերակառուցողական վիրահատությունների տեխնիկայի կատարելագործմանը։ Մշակել և ներդրել է էնդոմետրիոզի նախավիրահատական հետազոտման համակարգչային շերտագրական, վիրաբուժական և հորմոնային եղանակներ։
Հեղինակ է ուսումնա-մեթոդական ձեռնարկների և գյուտերի։
Նա ՌԴ գիտության վաստակավոր գործիչ է
ՌԴ կառավարության գիտության և տեխնիկայի բնագավառի մրցանակիր
Արժանացել է նաեւ Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համար IV աստիճանի (2009) և III աստիճանի (2014) շքանշանների։
Լեյլա Ադամյանն ամուսնացել է վիրաբույժ Առնոլդ Արամի Ադամյանի (1935—2012) հետ։
Նրանք ամուսնալուծվել են 2006թ., որից հետո Լեյլա Ադամյանն ամուսնացել է Յուրի Աբրահամյանի հետ, ով «Բասկին Ռոբինս» ապրանքանիշի սեփականատերն էր։
Լեյլա Ադամյանն ունի երկու դուստր՝ Ասյա Առնոլդի Ստեփանյան (1970) և Ագնեսա Առնոլդի Օսիպովա (1971), երկուսն էլ մանկաբարձներ են։

Նշենք, որ Յուրի Աբրահամյանի մահից հետո Ագնեսա Օսիպովան հանդիսանում է «Բասկին Ռոբինս» հայտնի պաղպաղակների արտադրության գործարանի սեփականատերը։ Ռուսաստանում այդ ապրանքանիշն ունի 180-ից ավել սրճարան։
