Արտակ Զաքարյանը նոր կառավարության գերխնդիրն է համարում ներքին ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ կառավարումը

Հայաստանի նոր կառավարության հիմնական անելիքներն արդեն իսկ տեսանելի են դառնում, իսկ նոր կառուցվածքը հուշում է այն ուղղությունները, որոնք դառնում են գերակա կառավարության համար: Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Զաքարյանը: «Բնականաբար, կառավարության կռուցվածքում արված փոփոխությունները պարունակում են մի շարք սկզբունքներ, ինչպես օրինակ՝ օպտիմիզացիայի սկզբունք, ներքին ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ կառավարման սկզբունք: Սա բարեփոխումների հերթական փուլն է, որն առնչվում է պետական կառավարման համակարգին: Կարծում եմ, որ այդ փոփոխությունները կլինեն շարունակական»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զաքարյանը:
Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ հետագայում գնալով ավելի բարդ է լինելու արտաքին ռեսուրսների ներգրավումը, որովհետև համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը աճի ցածր տեմպեր է արձանագրում: «Հետևաբար, մենք պետք է կարողանանք ներքին ռեսուրսների ճիշտ կառավարում իրականացնել: Կարծում եմ, որ սա է լինելու կառավարության գերխնդիրը: Կառավարությունը պետք է կարողանա կարճ ժամկետներում արձանագրել տեսանելի արդյունքներ, որոնք որոշակիորեն տեսանելի են դարձնելու արդյունավետ կառավարման խնդիրները: Արդյունավետ կառավարում ասելով՝ մենք պետք է հասկանանք բոլոր ոլորտներում ասարակություն-պետություն երկխոսություն, որը պայմանավորված պետք է լինի խնդիրների առարկայական լուծմամբ»,- ընդգծեց Արտակ Զաքարյանը:
Նա այն կարծիքին է, որ կառավարության նորացումը համապատասխանում է մեր երկրում և մեր երկրի շուրջ գոյություն ունեցող իրավիճակի հետ՝ վստահություն հայտնելով, որ նոր կառավարությունը կարողանալու է հասարակության համար տեսանելի արդյունքներ ապահովել:
