ՓՄՁ-ներին հարկայինից էլ չեն զզվեցնի

Փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի զարգացումն ապահովում է ցանկացած երկրի սոցիալական համերաշխությունը, քաղաքական կայունությունը և ստեղծում է համապատասխան հիմք տնտեսական աճի գրանցման համար: Զբաղվածության ապահովման և, դրանով իսկ, աղքատության հաղթահարման խնդիրներն արմատական լուծումներ են ստանում միայն հասարակության միջին խավը ձևավորող ՓՄՁ-ների միջոցով:
Բազմաթիվ երկրներում ՓՄՁ-ները պետության ուշադրության ներքո են և հատուկ աջակցություն են ստանում: Այս հանգամանքը հատկապես վերաբերում է Հայաստանին: ՀՀ տնտեսության համար ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացումը կարող է լինել տնտեսական կայունության ապահովման լուրջ գործոն: ՀՀ տնտեսության ծանր վիճակը հաղթահարելու ճանապարհին առանձնակի նշանակություն է ստանում ՓՄՁ-ների գործունեության խթանումը: Մի կողմից դա կարելի է կատարել ՓՄՁ-ներին արտոնությունների տրամադրմամբ, իսկ մյուս կողմից հարկային ստուգումների նվազեցմամբ, որը շատ հաճախ խոչնդոտում է ՓՄՁ-ների գործունեությունը:
Ելնելով ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացմանը նպաստելու տեսլականից` հարկային մարմիններին հանձնարարվել է ՓՄՁ-ների մոտ հսկողական միջոցառումներ իրականացնել միայն ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում: Այնպես որ պետք է ապահովել ՓՄՁ-ների ազատ գործունեությունը, ապա արդյունքներ ակնկալել տնտեսական ձեռքբերումների մասով:
