Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ու ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ը միավորում են ջանքերը՝ բարելավելու ՀՀ-ում նորածնային բուժօգնությունը

ՀՀ-ում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան ԻվանՎոլինկինը և ՀՀ-ում ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի (ՅՈւՆԻՍԵՖ-ի) ներկայացուցիչ Տանյա Ռադոչայըսեպտեմբերի 30-ին համաձայնություն ստորագրեցին։ Ըստ համաձայնագրի՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունն ու ՅՈ ւՆԻՍԵՖ-ը միավորում են ջանքերը՝ բարելավելու ՀՀ-ում նորածնային բուժօգնությունը։ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության համագործակցությամբ ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է 2017-2019 թվականներին՝ նպատակ ունենալով երկրում նվազեցնել մանկական և նորածնային մահացությունն ու հիվանդացությունը։
Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության օժանդակությամբ և ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հետ համատեղ՝ ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ն աշխատելու է նորածնային վերակենդանացման ծառայությունների և մանկական բուժօգնության բարելավման ուղղությամբ։ Այս ամենի շնորհիվ բուժաշխատողները կզինվեն անհրաժեշտ հմտություններով և գիտելիքներով։
«Այս ծրագիրը տեխնիկական օգնության և փորձի փոխանակման համար ամուր գործընկերության հիմք կստեղծի Ռուսաստանում մասնագիտացված առողջապահական ծառայություններ մատուցողների հետ։ Մենք վստահ ենք, որ յուրաքանչյուր երեխա պետք է կյանքում լավագույն սկիզբ ունենա, և ՌԴ-ի կառավարության անունից ուրախ ենք օժանդակել ՀՀ-ին լուծել այս կարևոր խնդիրը»,- նշեց պրն Վոլինկինը։
ՀՀ-ու ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչը իր խոսքում նշեց, որ սա առաջին ծրագիրն է՝ ուղղված ՀՀ-ում երեխաների առողջապահական խնդիրների հաղթահարմանը։ «Նախագիծն իրականացվում է ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի կողմից Ռուսաստանի կառավարության օժանդակությամբ, և մենք հավատացած ենք, որ այս համագործակցությունն արդյունավետ ու կայուն կլինի հանուն Հայաստանի մանուկների առողջության և բարեկեցության»,-ասաց Տանյա Ռադոչայը։
