Ադրբեջանում 150-ից ավելի քաղբանտարկյալ կա

«Ադրբեջանն առանց քաղբանտարկյալների» հասարակական դաշինքի ղեկավար Օգթայ Գյուլալիեւը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան քաղաքական հարցերով խորհրդական Ուիլյամ Սոլեյի հետ:
Ինչպես Turan-ին հայտնել է Գյուլալիեւը հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակը, քաղբանտարկյալների խնդիրը եւ այլ հարցեր:
«Երկրում մարդու իրավունքները զանգվածաբար խախտվում են: Միայն սեպտեմբերի 26-ի հանրաքվեից առաջ ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է 200-ից ավելի մարդու, նրանք վարչական կալանքների են ենթարկվել»,- ասել է իրավապաշտպանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ երկրում 150-ից ավելի քաղբանտարկյալ կա, եւ մեծամասնությունը հավատացյալներ են: Նա հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձրել Նարդարանի իրադարձությունների ժամանակ կալանավորվածների վրա: Գյուլալիեւի կարծիքով՝ Նարդարանի իրադարձությունների գործով կալանավորվածները՝ «Մուսուլմանական միասնություն» շարժման առաջնորդ Թալե Բեգիրզադեն, Ադրբեջանի «Ազգային ճակատ» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Ֆուադ Գահրամանլին եւ մյուսները կեղծ մեղադրանքներով են կալանավորվել:
Գյուլալիեւը նաեւ հայտնել է դատապարտյալների մեծ քանակի մասին, որոնք դարձել են նախկին Ազգային անվտանգության նախարարության կամայականության զոհը: Նա նաեւ տեղեկացրել է, որ իր դեմ հարուցված 220.2 հոդվածով (անկարգությունների կոչ) առաջադրված մեղադրանքով քրեական գործը մինչ օրս կասեցված չէ, որի հետեւանքով գործում է երկրից դուրս գալու արգելքը:
