Մանուկ Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր առաջին անգամ ՀՀ ՊՆ մի շարք զորամասերում կատարվել են ստուգումներ, որոնք շարունակաբար բնույթ են կրելու ոչ թե ՊՆ համակարգի գլխավոր շտաբի կողմից ստեղծված հանձնաժողովների կողմից, որոնք ամեն կերպ կոծկում են բացը և թերությունները առկա զորամասերում մի քանի լիտր բենզինի համար․․․ , այլ ՊՆ հետ կապ չունեցող մեկ այլ գերատեսչության կողմից հատուկ հրամայականով , հրամանով և կարգադրությունով ; Բազմիցս անգամ ասել եմ , որ շատ զորամասերի հրամանատարներ զբաղվում են բենզինի և սննդամթերքի վաճառքով ինչու չէ նաև լավ գործ են կատարում նաև համազգեստի վաճառքի առումով , բազմիցս անգամ կրկնել եմ , որ դա վայել չէ սպային և նրա գործին, ուտելով և թալանելով առաջին հերթին թալանում ես ինքդ քեզ այլ ոչ թե դիմացինին Վաճառում ես քեզ այլ ոչ թե բենզինը․․․ Ցավոք նշեմ , որ այդ թալանը այնպիսի աստիճանի էր հասել , որ ապրիլյան պատերազմի ժամանակ զինվորը փամփուշտ չուներ կրակելու մինչդեռ բանակ գովերգողները և դրանց հրամանատարական կազմը ամեն կերպ ջանում էր չեղած պադրոնների քանակը կեղծելու և ասելու որ մինչ այդ դեպքերը զորամասերը չեն ունեցել անհրաժեշտ քանակությամբ զինամթերք․․․իսկ ուր է ՊՆ ին տրամադրվող տարեկան գումարներ ,Հուսամ որ այդ ստուգումները իրենց արդյունքը կտան և մի շարք հրամանատարներ և բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ կստանան իրենց պատիժը, այս ստուգումները անհրաժեշտ են, ոչ միայն ՊՆ ոլորտի համար այլ բոլոր բնագավառներում առողջապահությունից մինչև ոստիկանություն և այլք․․․ Տեսնենք այդպես պոռոտախոս կարող են պոռոտախոսել ․․․
