«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սեպտեմբերի 29-ին ՀՀ հանրային խորհրդում տեղի է ունեցել փոքր խորհրդի նիստ` օրակարգային մի շարք հարցերով, որոնց թվում է եղել համաներման հարցը: Հանրային խորհուրդը գրավոր եւ բանավոր դիմումներ է ստացել մի խումբ քաղաքացիներից եւ հասարակական կազմակերպություններից` դիմելու Սերժ Սարգսյանին ՀՀ անկախության 25-ամյակի առթիվ համաներում հայտարարելու վերաբերյալ:
Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, Հանրային խորհուրդը լիազորել է ՀԽ նախագահ Վազգեն Մանուկյանին համաներման վերաբերյալ խորհրդի անդամների արտահայտած տեսակետները, համաներման տարածման շրջանակների առումով հնչած երբեմն հակադիր կարծիքները քննարկել երկրի ղեկավարի հետ:
Հանրային խորհրդի քաղաքացիական հասարակության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դռնփակ նիստում դրական վերաբերմունք եղել է համաներման առաջարկին, բայց դրա հետ մեկտեղ տարաձայնություններ էլ են եղել, թե որ հոդվածի վրա պետք է տարածվի, որի՝ ոչ: «Դրա համար Հանրային խորհուրդը միասնական փաստաթղթով հանդես չի եկել, բայց քանի որ քննարկումը եղել է, մենք խնդրեցինք, որ այդ քննարկման արդյունքները պարոն Մանուկյանը ներկայացնի քաղաքական ղեկավարությանը»,- ասաց Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը:
Մեր հարցին՝ հնչե՞լ են տեսակետներ, որ կարելի է համաներման առաջարկություն ներկայացնել «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբին աջակցելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված անձանց վրա, նա պատասխանեց. «Քանի որ մենք չեն որոշում հոդվածների խումբը, մենք կարող ենք առաջարկել սոցիալական որոշակի խմբեր, հանցագործությունների տեսակներ: Ես կարող եմ իմ կարծիքն ասել, քանի որ քննարկումը բաց չի եղել: Քաղաքական, տնտեսական, բարոյահոգեբանական, նաեւ իրավական առումով համաներում հայտարարելու խնդիրը հասունացած է: Իհարկե, հաշվի առել ենք, որ այդ միջոցառումների ժամանակ շատ կալանավորված մարդիկ կան, որոնց նկատմամբ համաներմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելն ավելի ճիշտ կլինի, քան այդ խնդիրը ծանրացնելը, հասարակության մեջ որոշակի իմաստով սեպ խրելով»:
«ՀԺ»-ին հայտնի դարձավ նաեւ, որ ՀԽ-ում տեղի ունեցած քննարկման ժամանակ նաեւ առաջարկ է եղել համաներում հայտարարել նաեւ «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի այն անդամների նկատմամբ, ովքեր ազատամարտի մասնակիցներ են»:
