Պատրաստման եղանակը
Խմորի համար տաք ջրի վրա լցնել կաթը, ավելացնել դրոժը, ձուն և աղը:
Այս զանգվածը լավ խառնել` ավելացնել ալյուրը 900 գր. չափով:
Պետք է ստացվի խիտ խմոր: Խմորը դնել որևէ տաք տեղ կամ ծածկոցով կաթսան ծածկել:
Երբ խմորը հասունացած լինի, փոքրիկ գնդիկներ պատրաստել:
Երշիկը ոչ շատ մանր կտրատել և տապակել ձեթի մեջ:
Այնուհետև խմորը բացել, մեջը դնել տապակած երշիկը:
Հետո զգուշությամբ կլորացնել և տապակել ձեթի մեջ:
