Մենք բոլորս էլ ցանկանում ենք առողջ լինել և գեղեցիկ կազմվածք ունենալ, սակայն իրականում դիետաներին հետևելը կարող են իսկական մղձավանջ դառնալ մեզ համար, քանի որ մեր սիրելի ուտեստներից հրաժարվելը կարող է իսկապես դժվար լինել:
Պորտուգալիայում անցկացված մի ուսումնասիրություն ցույց է տվել, որ այն մարդիկ, ովքեր մեկ օր հանգիստ են վերցնում և ուտում են պիցցա, պաղպաղակ կամ մեկ ուրիշ համեղ և «հանցավոր» սնունդ, ավելի շատ են մոտիվացվում հետագայում նիհարելու համար:
Այս ուսումնասիրության ժամանակ մարդիկ բաժանվել են երկու խմբի և նրանք շաբաթական ընդունում էին 10.500 կկալ: Երկրորդ խմբի մարդկանց թույլ էր տրվել կիրակի օրը ուտել այն, ինչ ցանկանում են: Թեև ուսումնասիրության անդամները շատ չէին նիհարել, սակայն երկրորդ խմբի անդամներն, ովքեր մեկ օր կերել են այն ինչ ցանկացել են, ավելի մոտիվացված և բավարարված էին իրենց սննդակարգով:
Սա նշանակում է, որ եթե ցանկանում եք հատուկ սննդակարգի հետևել, ուրեմն ընտրեք շաբաթական մեկ օր և այդ օրը կերեք այն, ինչ ցանկանում եք: Իհարկե՝ կարևոր է չանցել ձեր շաբաթական կալորիաներ ընդունելու սահմանը:
