Հանրապետությունում ծերերի շուրջօրյա խնամքի հաստատություններում ապրում է 1200 մարդ: Տնային պայմաններում խնամքի ծառայություն է ստանում 4000 մարդ, ցերեկային կենտրոններում` 2000: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության տարեցների հիմնահարցերի բաժնի պ ետ Անահիտ Գևորգյանը:
«Այսօր պետության որդեգրած սոցիալական քաղաքականության նպատակը ծերերի համար արժանապիվ կենսապայմաններ ապահովելն է: Այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու համար պետությունն ակտիվ համագործակցում է հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ: Ցավոք, պետք է նշեմ, որ դեռ հանրապետության 3 մարզերում` Վայոց ձորում, Արագածոտնում և Տավուշում, ծերերին ծառայություն չի մատուցվում: Այնպես է ստացվել, որ այդ մարզերում հասարակական կազմակերպություններն ակտիվ չեն: Հիմա այդ մարզերի համար մշակել ենք ծրագրեր և դրանք ներայացրել ենք միջազգային կազմաÕ �երպություններին` ակնկալելով, որ դոնոր կգտնվի»,-ասաց Անահիտ Գևորգյանը:
Անահիտ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ ծերերին խնամքի ծառայություններ մատուցվում են, աշխատանքներ տարվում են, սակայն դեռ անելիքներ կան մի շարք ուղղություններով: Անհրաժեշտ է առողջապահական ծառայությունների որակի բարելավում, խնամքի ծառայությունների տեսակի ավելացում և որակի բարձրացում, ծերաբուժության համակարգի ներդրում, հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ ունեցող տարեցների համար այլընտրանքային ծառայության մատուցում: Անահիտ Գևորգյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ արդեն Սպիտակում ստեղծել են ընտանեկան տիպի, փոքր համայնքային տուն` նախատեսված հոգեկան առողջության խնդիր ներ ունեցող անձանց համար:
«Մեր հետագա քայլերն ուղղված են լինելու նրան, որ այդ խնամքի ծառայություններ մատուցող կենտրոնները լինեն փոքր և համայնքային տիպի: Դա կնպաստի, որ մարդը մնա իր հարազատ միջավայրում, իր համայնքում ստանա այդ ծառայությունը, այլ ոչ թե կապանցին գա Երևան, կամ երևանցին գնա այլ քաղաք: Պետք է զարկ տանք համայնքային ծառայություններին»,-ասաց Անահիտ Գևորգյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ անհրաժեշտ է աշխատանք տանել կամավորների մշակույթը հասարակության մեջ ներդնելու ուղղությամբ:
Հայաստանում տարեցների 70 տոկոսն ապրում է քաղաքներում, ընդհանուր տարեցների թվի 59 տոկոսը կանայք են: Հայաստանում կյանքի միջին տևողությունը 74,8 տարի է: Այս ցուցանիշը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կես տարով ավելացել է: Հայաստանում յուրաքանչյուր հազար աշխատունակ բնակչին բաժին է ընկնում 314 տարեց: Անահիտ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ սա տնտեսական առումով լավ ցուցանիշ չէ:
