Ձվարանի կիստա. ո՞ր գանգատները կարող են վկայել դրա առկայության մասին

Անկանոն և ցավոտ դաշտանային ցիկլ, ցավ որովայնի ստորին հատվածում. ահա սրանք են ձվարանի կիստայի առաջին ախտանշանները: Սակայն այս հիվանդությունը հաճախ ընթանում է նույնիսկ առանց սիմպտոմների:

Ձվարանի կիստան իրենից ներկայացնում է հեղուկով լցված գոյացություն: Որպես կանոն, կիստան զարգանում է ձվարանում ֆոլիկուլի հասունացման հետևանքով: Հարկ է նշել, որ կիստաների մեծամասնությունը կնոջ առողջությանը վտանգ չեն ներկայացնում և հաճախ ինքնուրույն են անցնում՝ առանց որևէ բուժման: Այդ կիստաները կոչվում են ֆունկցիոնալ կամ ժամանակավոր:


Այդպիսի կիստաները հիմնականում առաջանում են ձվազատման խախտումներից:  Այս դեպքում ֆոլիկուլը շարունակում է աճել դեղին մարմնում շարունակում է հեղուկ առաջանալ: Ֆունկցիոնալ կիստաները ինքնուրույն են անցնում և բուժում չեն պահանջում: Սակայն չի բացառվում բարդությունների առաջացումը, ինչպիսիք են կիստայի ճեղքումը, ոլորոմը և դրա հետևանքով սկսված ներքին արնահոսությունը:

Առավել լուրջ և բուժում պահանջող կիստայի տեսակ է անոմալ կիստան: Սրա առաջացման հիմնական պատճառն է կնոջ օրգանիզմոմ հորմոնալ խախտումը: Անոմալ են համարվում այն կիստաները, որոնք 3 ամիսների ընթացքում ինքնուրույն կերպով չեն անցնում: Այդ կիստաների բուժումը կարող է ինել ինչպես դեղորայքային, այնպես էլ վիրահատական:

Ի՞նչ է ձվարանի կիստան

Ձվարանի կիստան ձվարանի բարորակ գոյացություն է, որը պատկանում է ոռուցքանման պրոցեսներին և առաջանում է ձվարանի հյուսվածքներում հեղուկի կուտակումից:

Այն իրենից ներկայացնում է հեղուկով լցված խոռոչ: Ձվարանի կիստայի պատը կազմված է բջիջների բարակ շերտից, որոնք էլ արտադրում են այդ հեղուկը: Այլ օրգանների վրա ճնշում չգործադրելու դեպքում, կիստան բուժում են դեղորայքային միջոցներով, սակայն, եթե հարևան օրգանների վրա փոխազդեցության հավանականությունը մեծ է, ապա նշանակվում է կիստայի վիրահատական հեռացում:  

Ձվարանի կիստան կարող է լինել ինչպես փոքր չափերի, այնպես էլ  կարող է հասնել 10ից  մինչև 12 սմ տրամագծով չափերի:

Ախտանշաններ
Կիստայի առաջին ապտանշաններն են որովայնի ստորին հատվածի ցավերը, ներսից Ճնշման և փքվածության զգացումը: Ամենատարածված ախտանիշներից է անկանոն և ցավոտ դաշտանային ցիկլը, որը սկսվում է իր մշտական ժամանակից ավելի ուշ: Ինչպես նաև, կիստայի առկայության մասին կարող է վկայել որովայնի չափերի մեծացումը:

Հնարավոր են նաև հետևյալ ախտանշանները.

  • ինտենսիվ և հանկարծակի ցավեր որովայնի ստորին հատվածում՝ սեռական հարաբերությունների ժամանակ,
  • հաճախամիզություն,
  • քաշի  ավելացում,
  • հաճախակի սրտխանոց, փսխում,
  • ջերմության բարձրացում մինչև 38-39° С,
  • սրտի արագացած աշխատանք...


Սակայն հաճախ է պատահում, որ կիստան ոչ մի ախտանիշ չի ունենում, և դրա առկայությունը պարզվում է հանկարծակիորեն՝ ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտության ժամանակ: Ուստի կարևոր է պարբերաբար գինեկոլոգին այցելելը և ուլտրաձայնային հետազոտություն անցնելը:
