Ինչպես ճիշտ խնամել եղունգները

Եղունգների խնամքը կարելի է բաժանել կոսմետիկական և բուժական-պրոֆիլակտիկ ձևերի։

Առաջին դեպքում խոսքը եղունգների գեղեցիկ ձևը պահպանելու մասին է, իսկ երկրորդը՝ եղունգների ամրացման և նրանց առողջության պահպանման։ Միևնույն ժամանակ պետք է հիշել, որ գեղեցկությունը դա առաջին հերթին առողջությունն ու խնամվածությունն է, իսկ հետո արդեն եղունգի լաքն ու ձեւը։

Ցավոք, ժամանակակից կնոջ համար եղունգների խնամքը դարձել է կենսականորեն կարևոր։ Վատ էկոլոգիան, լվացող միջոցներն ու լվացքի փոշին, սննդակարգում անհրաժեշտ միկրոէլեմենտների պակասը եղունգների գունափոխման, շերտավորման և այլ խնդիրներ պատճառ են դառնում։ Եվ մատնահարդարումն այստեղ չի օգնի։

Եղունգների եւ կուտիկուլայի խնամք

Եղունգների խնամքի կարևորագույն պայմանն է ամրացումը։ Գոյություն ունեն մի շարք բաղադրատոմսեր, որոնց հետևելով  կարելի է ինքնուրույն պատրաստել սնուցող և ամրացնող դիմակներ, սակայն պետք է հիշել՝ ամուր, փայլուն եղունգները անհնար են առանց ճիշտ սննդակարգի։ Ամենօրյա սննդակարգում պետք է լինի ժելատինը և յոդը։ Նույնպես կարևոր է ձուկն ու կաթնամքերքը։

Սննդակարգը կարևորագույն բաղադրիչն է եղունգների խնամքի հարցում, սակայն դա բավական չէ։ Կուտիկուլան խնամելու համար կարելի վաննաներ պատրաստել տանը՝ գոլ ջրով, օրգանական թթուներով, որոնք պարունակում են լոռամիրգն ու կիտրոնը. քացախը օգտագործեք միայն ծայրահեղ դեպքերում։ Հավասար չափաբաժիններով խառնեք ջուրն ու կիտրոնի հյութը, դրեք մատները լուծույթի մեջ այնպես, որ այն ծածկի եղունգներն ամբողջությամբ, և պահեք 15-20 րոպե։ Այնուհետև լվացվեք։

Կուտիկուլայի խնամքը ամենաբարդն է։ Կարծիք կա, որ այն պետք է հեռացնել, սակայն դա այդքան էլ ճիշտ չէ։ Այո, այն կարելի է հեռացնել, սակայն տնային պայմաններում ավելի լավ է պահպանել։ Իսկ ցանկացած գործողություն սկսելիս այն անհրաժեշտ է փափկեցնել։ Շատ հարմար է այս դեպքում լավանդայի յուղը։

Բացի փափկեցնող էֆեկտից այն հակասեպտիկ է։ Հարկավոր է նաև սնուցող պրոցեդուրաներ կատարել։ Ամենաարդյունավետը այս դեպքում համարվում է սնուցող քսուքի օգտագործումը։ Եթե երեք շաբաթների ընթացքում քնելուց առաջ սնուցող քսուքը տրորեք եղունգի մակերեսին, ապա այն փայլուն կդառնա և հյուսվածքների դեֆեկտների պակաս կնկատվի։

Եղունգների խնամքի պարագաներ

Անհրաժեշտ է որոշակի տեղեկատվության է տիրապետել եղունգների խնամքի հավաքածուի մասին։ Եվ տեղական և արտասահմանյան արդյունաբերությունը արտադրում է տարբեր աստիճանների բարդության հավաքածուներ։ Սակայն տնային պայմաններում հարկ չկա պրոֆեսիոնալ պարագաներ օգտագործել։ Եթե Ձեր եղունգները փխրուն են, ապա մետաղական խարտոցը Ձեզ խիստ արգելված է։ Անհրաժեշտ է ապակուց կամ պլաստիկից խարտոց գնել։

Շատ կարևոր է գործիքները մաքուր պահպանել, լվանալ ֆուրացիլինի գոլ լուծույթով, իսկ կտրող գործիքները լրացուցիչ մաքրել սպիրտով։ Նույնիսկ եթե բացի Ձեզանից ոչ ոք չի օգտագործում հավաքածուն, մի անտեսեք այս խորհուրդը։

Այսպիսով, եղունգների խնամքը, հատկապես տնային պայմաններում, ժամանակ, հատուկ միջոցներ և մաքուր գործիքներ է պահանջում։
