ՀՀ Նախագահը ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ պաշտպանության նախարարին և ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի պետին

ՀՀ Նախագահ, զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանն հոկտեմբերի 3-ին այցելել է Պաշտպանության նախարարություն և բանակի բարձրագույն սպայական կազմին ներկայացրել պաշտպանության նորանշանակ նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանին և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նորանշանակ պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանին: Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոց ների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հանրապետության Նախագահն անդրադարձել է նաև այն հանգամանքներին, որոնք հաշվի է առել այդ որոշումները կայացնելիս: Այդ համատեքստում Սերժ Սարգսյանը հանգամանորեն խոսել է նոր Սահմանադրությամբ պաշտպանության նախարարի, նախարարության և ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի դերակատարության մասին մեր երկրի պետական կառավարման համակարգում: 

«Սահմանադրության մեջ հստակ ֆիքսված է՝ մեր երկրի թիվ մեկ զինվորականը կամ ավագ զինվորականը պետք է լինի գլխավոր շտաբի պետը: Գնալով շատ ավելի մեծ կարևորություն է ստանալու ռազմաքաղաքական դիվանագիտությունը, գնալով շատ մեծ կարևորություն է ստանալու Զինված ուժերի ամբողջական մատակարարումը, գնումների կազմակերպումը ինչպես երկրի ներսում, այնպես էլ արտերկրում: Մենք պարտավոր ենք շատ ավելի մոտիկից զբաղվելու ռազմական կրթությամբ և ռազմահայրենասիրական դաստիարակությամբ: Մենք պարտավոր ենք ակտիվացնել մեր աշխատանքները զինծառայողների սոցիալական ապահովության ուղղությամբ, բայց նաև պիտի հիշենք, որ մեր պարտավորությունները միշտ մնում են այն մարդկանց հանդեպ, ովքեր երբևէ ծառայել են մեր զինված ուժերում: Նրանցից շատ-շատերը կա՛մ այսօր չկան, կա՛մ էլ ունեն հաշմանդամության կարգ: Ես ընդամենը մի քանի այսպիսի հատվածներ ասացի, բայց պաշտպանության նախարարի ժամանակի առյուծի բաժինը պետք է հատկացվի այս և նման այլ խնդիրների լուծմանը: Պաշտպանության նախարարը պետք է շատ քիչ զբաղվի զորքերի առօրյա գործունեությամբ:

Համոզված եմ, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը գիտակցում է պատասխանատվության աստիճանը, և վստահ եմ, որ նա ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայի, որպեսզի այդ վստահությունն արդարացնի և պատասխանատվությունը կրի պատվով: Իհարկե, ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել Սեյրան Օհանյանին պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնում երկարատև և տքնաջան աշխատանքի համար»,-ասել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և վստահեցրել, որ իր մասնակցությունը, հետաքրքրությունը չի պակասելու Պաշտպանության նախարարության և ամբողջ զինված ուժերի հանդեպ: Հանրապետության Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ գնալով ավելանալու են նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարության հնարավորությունները:

Պաշտպանության նախարարին և Զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետին ներկայացնելուց հետո, ըստ նախարարությունում ձևավորված ընթացակարգի՝ տեղի է ունեցել պաշտոնի փոխանցման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը. պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը և գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետը նախարարին և գլխավոր շտաբի պետին են հանձնել նախարարության խորհրդանիշներն ու շտանդարտը:
