Takprosto.cc կայքը ներկայացրել է 10 խորհուրդ, որոնք կօգնեն շատ չուտել:
1. Փոքր ամանով կերեք: Երկու ամանների մեջ սնունդը կարող է նույն քանակով լինել, սակայն փոքր ամանի մեջ սննդի քանակը շատ է երևում: Այսինքն` որքան փոքր է ամանը, այնքան քիչ է սննդի քանակը:
2. Եթե աջլիկ եք, սովորեք ուտել ձախ ձեռքով, և՝ հակառակը: Այս կերպ օգտագործված սննդի քանակը կնվազեցնեք 20 տոկոսով:
3. Խմեք երկար ու բարակ բաժակներով: Առաջին հայացքից՝ թվում է, թե երկար ու բարակ բաժակի մեջ ավելի շատ հեղուկ է տեղավորվում, քան լայն ու կարճ բաժակի մեջ: Սակայն դա այդպես չէ: Լայն ու կարճ բաժակի տարողունակությունն ավելի մեծ է:
4. Խոհանոցում հայելի տեղադրեք: Հոգեբանական հետազոտության ընթացքում սեղանին հայելի դրեցին, ինչպես նաև մի ամանի մեջ՝ օգտակար, մյուս մեջ՝ վնասակար մթերք: Արդյունքում պարզվեց, որ հայելու ազդեցության պայմաններում մարդիկ ավելի զգոն էին դառնում և նախընտրում էին առողջ սնունդը:
5. Մաստակ ծամեք, երբ քաղց եք զգում: Օգտագործեք մրգային հավելումներով մաստակներ, քանի որ կծու կամ մենթոլի համով մաստակները կարող են փոխել սննդի համը:
6. Դանդաղ կերեք: Մարդիկ, ովքեր արագ են ուտում, ավելի շատ են ուտում:
7. Օգտագործեք փոքր և խորը կարմիր ամաններ: Որ հետազոտողներ պնդում են, որ մարդիկ ինտուիտիվ քիչ են ուտում, երբ կերակուրը գտնվում է կարմիր ամանների մեջ:
8. Ուտելու ընթացքում անջատեք հեռուստացույցը: Միացած հեռուստաէկրանի առաջ ուտելը մեզ ստիպում է ավելի շատ սնունդ օգտագործել:
9. Լուսանկարեք վնասակար սնունդը, որը պատրաստվում եք ուտել: Սա ձեզ կօգնի 3 անգամ կրճատել օգտագործվելիք սննդի քանակը:
10. Խուսափեք մթերքների բազմազանությունից: Երբ մարդ ափսեում բազմազան մթերքներ է տեսնում, ցանկանում է փորձել դրանք բոլորը:
