Սկսվել Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի թվային տարածքի ձեւավորման ռազմավարական ուղղությունների նախագծի քննարկումը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի հարթակում քննարկվել Է մինչեւ 2025 թվականն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության թվային տարածքի ձեւավորման եւ զարգացման ռազմավարական ուղղությունների նախագծի քննարկումը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, սեպտեմբերի 30-ին նախագծի վրա աշխտանքն ընթացել Է Միության թվային տարածքի ձեւավորման վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունների մշակման աշխատանքային խմբի նիստի շրջանակներում, որը նախագահել Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի անդամ, ներքին շուկաների, ինֆորմատիզացիայի, տեղեկատվական-հաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների հարցերով նախարար Կարինե Մինասյանը:
Աշխատանքային խմբի նիստին մասնակցել են դրա համակարգող խորհրդի անդամները, հրավիրված փորձագետներ, Միության պետական մարմինների եւ բիզնես-հանրակցության լիազոր ներկայացուցիչները:
«Հունիսի 27-ին աշխատանքային խմբի ձեւավորումից հետո մենք անցկացրել ենք թվային օրակարգի ձեւավորման տարբեր ուղղությունների քննարկմանը նվիրված ինը փորձագիտական նստաշրջան,-նշել Է Կարինե Մինասյանը:-Շատ կարճ ժամկետում կատարվել Է մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք, եւ մենք եկել են այն բանի ըմբռնման, թե ինչպես ենք այսուհետեւ առաջ շարժվելու: Մշակվել Է «Մինչեւ 2025 թվականն ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության թվային տարածքի ձեւավորման եւ զարգացման ռազմավարական ուղղությունների» նախագիծը եւ գերակա միջոցառումների ցանկը: Մինչեւ դեկտեմ բերի 1-ն անհրաժեշտ Է առաջարկություններ ներկայացնել ԵԱՏՀ-ի խորհրդին՝ մինչ այդ շարունակելով դրանց լայն քննարկումը»:
ԵԱՏՀ-ի նախարարի խոսքով՝ տարածաշրջանային եւ գլոբալ մակարդակով բազմիցս հաստատվել Է, որ թվային օրակարգի հաջող իրագործումն ապահովում Է բիզնես-սուբյեկտների, քաղաքացիների, երկրների տնտեսությունների եւ ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների արդյունավետության եւ մրցունակության բարձրացումը: Տնտեսության թվային վերափոխման միջոցով թվային տարածքի ձեւավորումն ու զարգացումը նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի՝ որպես ժամանակակից ինտեգրացիոն ձեւաչափի զարգացման հիմնական պայմաններից մեկն Է:
Թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի վերաբերյալ ԵԱՏՀ-ի նախագծի ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Պետրովը նշել Է, որ մինչեւ 2018 թվականը Ռազմավարական ուղղությունների իրագործման առաջին փուլի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում Է գործարկել Եվրասիական միության թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի զարգացման հանգուցային ինստիտուտները, անհրաժեշտ փոփոխություններ կատարել Միության եւ անդամ պետությունների նորմատիվային իրավական բազայում եւ գործարկել թվային տրանսֆորմացիայի գլխավոր նախագծերը:
Ամփոփելով նիստի արդյունքները՝ Կարինե Մինասյանը հայտնել Է, որ Միության թվային տարածքի ձեւավորման եւ զարգացման ռազմավարական ուղղությունների նախագծի բազմակողմանի բաց քննարկումները կավարտվեն «Եվրասիական շաբաթ» համաժողովի «Թվային օրակարգը ԵԱՏՄ-ում» խորհրդաժողովում (2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին Սկոլկովոյում):
