Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա գլխավորած Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը վերջին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո հայտարարել են կուսակցության վարչության կազմը վերանայելու մասին, որովհետև, որքան ես եմ ճիշտ հասկանում, դժգոհ են ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքներից ու որդեգրած ստրատեգիայից: Թերևս թե՛ որպես քաղաքական գործիչ, թե՛ որպես քաղաքագետ, հիացած եմ այդ խիզախությունից ու ողջամտությունից: Գիտեմ, որ բազում փայլուն երիտասարդներ են ներգրավված այդ կուսակցությունում ու նրա ղեկավար կազմում: Բայց իրենք պետք է հավուր պատշաճի գնահատեն ներկուսակցական դեմոկրատիան հետագա հաջողությունների համատեքստում: Այո՛, կուսակցության ներսում հաշվետվողականությունն ու ժողովրդավարությունը պետք է առավելագույնը լինեն, և այն գծի կողմնակիցները, որը կուսակցությանը հաջողություն չի բերել, իրենց տեղն են զիջում նոր գծի ու ստրատեգիայի կողմնակիցներին` շանս տալով գործարկելու այլ ռազմավարություն ու ապացուցելու, թե որ թևի գիծն է կուսակցությանը հաջողություն բերում: Եվ եթե ՔՊ-ն համարձակ ձևով գնում է այդ քայլին, ես կարող եմ ասել, որ այդ կուսակցությունը հաջողություններ ունենալու է: Հայ քաղաքական կյանքի պատմությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ բոլոր այն ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները, որոնք սպանել են կուսակցության ներքին ժողովրդավարությունը, հաշվետվողականությունը, և անընդմեջ չարդարացված քաղաքական գծի հեղինակներն են առաջնորդել կուսակցությունը, այն աստիճանաբար տարել են անհայտություն: Այնպես որ ցանկալի է, որ բոլոր նորաստեղծ կուսակցությունները հավուր պատշաճի գնահատեն ներկուսակցական ժողովրդավարությունն ու հաշվետվողականութունը: Որքան այն շատ լինի, այնքան հաջողության շանսերն էլ մեծ են լինելու:
