ՄԱԿ-ում պահանջել են սահմանափակել վետոյի իրավունքը Հալեպի խնդիրը լուծելու համար

ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն կոմիսար Զեյդ Ռաադ ալ Հուսեյնը հորդորել Է Անվտանգության խորհրդին՝ սահմանափակել իր մշտական անդամների վետոյի իրավունքը Հալեպի խնդիրը լուծելու համար, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Ես հաստատ հավատում եմ, որ եկել Է ուժեղ ղեկավարման եւ համարձակ գործողությունների ժամանակը, ինչպես նաեւ այն բանին, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհուրդը պարտավոր Է առանց հետագա քաշքշուկների չափանիշներ սահմանել վետոյի իրավունքն օգտագործելուց անդամներին հետ պահելու համար, երբ կան լուրջ երկյուղներ, որ, հնարավոր Է՝ կատարվել են պատերազմական հանցագործություններ, մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություններ, կամ ցեղասպանություն»,-ասված Է Ռաադ ալ Հուսեյնի հայտարարության մեջ, որը տարածել Է գերագույն կոմիսարի վարչությունը:
ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների գերագույն կոմիսարը ճշտել Է, որ Ֆրանսիայի կողմից ներկայացված բանաձեւի նախագիծը «թույլ կտա ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ին՝ Սիրիայի իրադրությունը հանձնել Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի քննությանը»:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացվել Է, Անվտանգության խորհուրդն սկսել Է աշխատել սիրիական Հալեպում հրադադարի ռեժիմի սահմանման վերաբերյալ Ֆրանսիայի կողմից պատրաստված բանաձեւի նախագծի վրա: ՄԱԿ-ին առընթեր Ֆրանսիայի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ֆրանսուա Դելատրը լրագրողներին հայտնել Է, որ փաստաթղթի քննարկմանը ձեռնամուխ են եղել Խորհրդի բոլոր 15 անդամների փորձագետները: Նա նշել Է, որ «ներկա պահին Անվտանգության խորհրդի բոլոր անդամները այդ բանակցություններին մասնակցելու պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել»:
«Մենք համարում ենք, որ մեր պատասխանատվությունն Է՝ ուժերի ներածին չափով բացարձակապես ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի փորձենք Անվտանգության խորհրդին միավորել մեր ջանքերի շուրջ եւ վերջ դնել Հալեպի տառապանքներին»,- հայտարարել Է Դելատրը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ժան Մարկ Էյրոն, հայտարարելով բանաձեւի մշակման նախաձեռնության մասին, նշել Է, թե նրանք, ովքեր չեն քվեարկի բանաձեւի օգտին, մեղսակից կլինեն Սիրիայում պատերազմական հանցագործություններին, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
