 ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հոկտեմբերի 4-ին ընդունել է Համաշխարհային բանկի ավագ տնտեսագետ Միգարա դե Սիլվայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի միջև եղած համագործակցության ներկայիս մակարդակը և ընդգծել, որ այն խորացնելու ու զարգացնելու մեծ ներուժ կա:

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը «Զարգացման քաղաքականության ֆինանսավորման չորրորդ գործառնության» շրջանակում, Համաշխարհային բանկի ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկել է հարկային և սնանկության օրենսդրությունների, Շարժական գույքի նկատմամբ ապահովված իրավունքների գրանցման գործակալության աշխատանքների, օրենսդրական գործընթացի էլեկտրոնային հարթակի, անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության, ինչպես նաև պրոբացիոն ծառայության հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր: ՀԲ ավագ տնտեսագետ Միգարա դե Սիլվան, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանին հանդիպման համար , նշել է, որ Արդարադատության նախարարության հետ ունեցած համագործակցության ընթացքում իրականացված համատեղ ծրագրերը շոշափելի արդյունք են գրանցել: Քննարկման ընթացքում առաջարկ է ներկայացվել շարունակել աշխատանքները էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ծրագրերի՝ լավագույնս կիրառման նպատակով կազմակերպվող դասընթացների ուղղությամբ:
