Ուկրաինայի ԱԳՆ-ն քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ է տալիս զերծ մնալ Ռուսաստան այցելելուց: ՈՒՆԻԱՆ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ուկրաինայի ԱԳՆ-ն չափազանց մտահոգ է ուկրաինացիների հանդեպ ռուսական ուժային կառույցների սադրանքների թվի աճով:

«Ագրեսոր պետության տարածքում աճել է Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների անհիմն ձերբակալությունների թիվը: Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններն ուկրաինացիներին կոպիտ են վերաբերվում, կիրառում են ֆիզիկական եւ հոգեբանական ներգործության անթույլատրելի մեթոդներ, կտտանքներ եւ այլ գործողություններ, որոնք նսեմացնում են մարդու արժանապատվությունը: Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներին արգելում են հյուպատոսների եւ փաստաբանների հետ հանդիպել:

Այդպիսի քայլերով ռուսական կողմը կոպտորեն խախտում է մարդու իրավունքների եւ ազատությունների պահպանման ոլորտում միջազգային համընդհանուր նորմերը, ինչպես նաեւ իր միջազգային-իրավական պարտավորությունները, որ ստանձնել է 1963 թվականի Հյուպատոսական հարաբերությունների մասին Վիեննայի կոնվենցիայով եւ 1994 թվականի Ուկրաինայի եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջեւ Հյուպատոսական կոնվենցիայով»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Հաշվի առնելով վերոշարադրյալը, ինչպես նաեւ ներկայումս ՌԴ տարածքում Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիների պատշաճ անվտանգությունն ապահովելու ուկրաինական կողմի սահմանափակ հնարավորությունները՝ ԱԳՆ-ն կոչ է անում Ուկրաինայի քաղաքացիներին զերծ մնալ Ռուսաստան ուղեւորություններից, ինչպես նաեւ այդ պետության տարածքով տարանցիկ ուղեւորություններից:
