«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «ԼՂՀ նախագահի հրավերով մասնակցեցի ԼՂՀ հռչակման 25-րդ տարեդարձի արարողություններին։ Ես, իհարկե, Ղարաբաղում էի տոնական օրերի ընթացքում։ Ինձ թվաց, որ ԼՂՀ բնակչությունն այդ օրը տոնեց բավականին ակտիվ կերպով, երիտասարդության եւ Ղարաբաղյան նախորդ պատերազմի վետերանների մասնակցությամբ։ Այդ այցից միայն բարի եւ դրական տպավորություններ եմ ստացել։
Ամենամեծ տպավորությունս այն է, որ մարդիկ դասեր են քաղել ապրիլյան պատերազմից, տրամադրված են, որպեսզի թույլ չտան հետագա սրացումներ շփման գծում, այս ուղղությամբ ժողովրդի տրամադրությունն ու տրամադրվածությունը չափազանց հստակ է»,- այս մասին մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասել է ռուսաստանցի դիվանագետ, 1992-1996թթ. Ռուսաստանի միջնորդական առաքելության ղեկավար, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում Ռուսաստանի նախկին համանախագահ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրով ՌԴ նախագահի լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Վլադիմիր Կազիմիրովը՝ ներկայացնելով շաբաթներ առաջ իր կատարած այցն Արցախ։
Ըստ նրա՝ ԼՂՀ ժողովուրդը քաղել է այն դասը, որ իրերի դրությունը բանակցային սեղանին եւ իրավիճակը ղարաբաղաադրբեջանական շփման գծում պահանջում է հատուկ ուշադրություն, բարձր զգոնություն, քանի որ տարբեր տեսակի ինտրիգային, ավանտյուրիստական ծրագրեր կարող են շարունակել կազմվել։ «Ուստի, իհարկե, պահանջվում է բարձր զգոնություն՝ թույլ չտալու համար շփման գծում միջադեպերի, առավել եւս՝ ռազմական գործողությունների բռնկում եւ առաջացում»,- ասել է նա»:
