Պատրաստման եղանակ
Սկզբում պատրաստենք կաթնաշոռակոկոսային գնդերը: Կաթնաշոռն անցկացնել քերիչով և խառնել կոկոսի քերուկի հետ, ավելացնել դեղնուցը, լավ խառնել: Գնդեր պատրաստել և կես ժամ դնել սառցարանը:
Խմորի համար հալեցրած կարագը խառնել թթվասերի հետ, ավելացնել ձվերն ու շաքարավազը, լավ հարել: Խառնելու ընթացքում ավելացնել կաթը, խառնել: Վերջում ավելացնել փխրեցուցիչով խառնած ալյուրը, լավ խառնել: Խմորը կիսել և մի կեսի մեջ ավելացնել կակաոն ու խառնել:
Ջեռոցի տապակի մեջ բուսայուղ քսել, սկզբում լցնել բաց գույնի խմորը, վրան՝ մուգը, այնուհետև շարել կաթնաշոռակոկոսային գնդերն ու մի փոքր սեղմել, որ կիսով չափ ընկղմվեն խմորի մեջ: Դնել նախապես 200 աստիճան տաքացված ջեռոցն ու 40-45 ր. թխել:
Կրեմը պատրաստելու համար ալյուրն ու շաքարավազը խառնել, քիչ-քիչ ավելացնել սառը կաթն ու լավ խառնել: Դնել կրակին ու անվերջ խառնելով եփել, մինչև պնդանա, վերջում ավելացնել կարագն ու վանիլինը:
Խմորի սառելուց հետո կրեմը լցնել վրան ու մատուցել:
