Սկաուտական շարժումը երիտասարդների մեջ սերմանում է մի շարք մարդասիրական հատկանիշներ

Սկաուտական «Եվրասիա» տարածաշրջանի 3-րդ ֆորումին հաջորդեց 6-րդ համաժողովի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որը տեղի ունեցավ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին: Համաժողովի նպատակն է տարածաշրջանում սահմանել սկաուտության զարգացման ուղենիշեր և կայացնել որոշումներ, որոնք կնպաստեն անդամ-պետությունների սկաուտական կազմակերպությունների առաջընթացին:
Համաժողովին ներկա էր ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ Սերժ Սրապիոնյանը, ով իր խոսքում նշեց, որ սկաուտական կամավորական շարժման ծնունդը շատ ողջունելի է իր մարդասիրական գաղափարախոսությամբ, և պատահական չէ, որ այն կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվեց աշխարհի տասնյակ երկրներում։ «Այս շարժումը կոչված է հավաքելու իր շուրջ հազարավոր պատանիների և երիտասարդների՝ անկախ կրոնական ու ռասայական պատկանելիությունից։ Այս օրերին Երևանում անցկացվող հավաքը, նույնպես սկաուտական շարժման նվիրական առքելության ապացույցներից մեկն է։ Տարածաշրջանի տարբեր երկրներից ժամանած երիտասարդները կարևորում են հատկապես համամարդկային արժեքները, որոնց շուրջ էլ երկխոսում են»,-ասաց Սրապիոնյանը։ Համահայկականերիտասարդական հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Տեր-Հովակիմյանը ողջույնի խոսքը հղեց ներկաներին, ներկայացրեց ՀԵՀ-ի գործունեության որոշ կետեր և հավելեց. «Սա շատ կարևոր միջոցառում է, միջոցառում, որը կարողացել է միավորել այսքան շատ մասնակիցների՝ աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններից։ Նշ եմ նաև, որ Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը հպարտությամբ համարում է Հայաստանի սկաուտական շարժումը մեր հուսալի գործընկեր և համախոհ»։
Տարածաշրջանային կարևոր այս ծրագրերին մասնակցելու համար Հայաստան են ժամանել «Եվրասիա» տարածաշրջանի ազգային սկաուտական կազմակերպությունների 70 անդամ։
