Գերմանացի երգիծաբանը քննադատել է Թուրքիայում մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարումները

Գերմանացի երգիծաբան Յան Բյոհերմանը գոհունակություն է հայտնել այն փաստի առնչությամբ, որ գերմանական դատարանը կասեցրել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին վիրավորելու հիմնավորմամբ իր դեմ հարուցված դատական գործը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է«Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է գերմանական Deutsche Welle-ն:
Միաժամանակ, երգիծաբանը խստորեն քննադատել է Թուրքիայի կառավարության պահվածքը արվեստագետների, լրագրողների, ընդդիմադիրների դեմ` նշելով, որ գործիչներն այդ երկրում չունեն արդար դատավարության իրավունք:
Գերմանացի դատախազները որոշում են կայացրել այն մասին, որ երգիծաբան Յան Բյոհերմանի սատիրիկբանաստեղծությունը քրեորեն հետապնդելի արարք չէ` ուղղված Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանիդեմ: Մայնց քաղաքի դատախազները հայտնել են, որ հանում են բոլոր մեղադրանքները Բյոհերմանից:
Հեռուստահաղորդավար եւ երգիծաբան Յան Բյոհերմանը գերմանական հեռուստաալիքի երգիծական հաղորդմանժամանակ թուրքական դրոշի և Էրդողանի դիմանկարի առաջ նստած բանաստեղծություն էր ընթերցել, որում ասում էր, թենախագահը սեռական հարաբերություններ ունի այծերի և ոչխարների հետ, իսկ «մանկական պոռնոգրաֆիա դիտելուժամանակ սիրում է ճնշել փոքրամասնություններին, ծեծել քրդերին և քրիստոնյաներին&raqu o;: Ավելի վաղ գերմանացիկոմիկն Էրդողանին ծաղրի էր ենթարկել չափից ավելի մեծ ծախսեր կատարելու և քաղաքացիական ազատություններըճնշելու համար, ինչից հետո թուրքական կողմը բողոքի նոտա էր հանձնել Թուրքիայում Գերմանիայի դեսպանին:
