Սակայն Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում ոչ բոլոր բնակիչներն են շեյխեր և շատերին է հետաքրքիր, ինչպես են ապրում սովորական արաբական ընտանիքները։
Ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ ԱՄԷ-ում ընտանիքն առաջին տեղում է։

Արաբ աղջիկը գրեթե երբեք չի ամուսնանում եվրոպացի տղամարդու հետ։ «Անահավատ»-ի հետ ամուսնության համար նրա մուտքը երկիր կարող է մեկընդմիշտ արգելվել։
Ի տարբերություն կանանց, ԱՄԷ-ում տղամարդիկ շատ հաճախ են ամունսանում օտարեկրյա աղջիկների հետ։
Ամուսնանալու մասին որոշում կայացնում է փեսայի ընտանիքը։

Հարսնացուի համար տղան որոշակի գումար է վճարում նրա հարազատներին, որը կարող է կազմել մինչև մի քանի հարյուր հազար դոլար։

Բոլորին է հայտնի, որ ցանկացած արաբական ընտանիքում կինը պետք է լսի իր ամուսնուն, սակայն քչերը գիտեն, որ շատ դեպքերում կինը կարող է կարևոր որոշումներ կայացնել ամուսնու հետ հավասար։
Ընդհանրապես արաբ կանայք կարող են նիկղաբի տակից հագնել ինչ ցանկանում են՝ կարճ կիսաշրջազգեստ, շորտ։
Համարվում է, որ մի քանի կին ունեցող տղամարդը պետք է միևնույն վերաբերմունքը ցուցաբերի իր կանանց հանդեպ։
Յուրաքանչյուր նոր կնոջ համար ամուսինը պետք է նոր տուն կառուցի։
Նշենք, որ Էմիրություններում բնակվող կանայք շատ հաճախ կրթություն են ստանում աշխարհի լավագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում։
ԱՄԷ-ում կինը ապահարզան կարող է պահանջել երկու դեպքում․ եթե ամուսինը դավաճանել է իրեն կամ չի կարողանում բավարարել պահանջները։
