Շատերի համար առավոտյան վաղ արթնանալը ամենադժվար խնդիրն է: Անբավարար քունը վատ է անդրադառնում օրգանիզմի վրա: Ինչքան շատ եք քնում, այնքան քիչ հոգնածություն եք զգում առավոտյան:
1. Մի օգտագործեք ալկոհոլ: Այն առաջին հայացքից նպաստում է քնելուն, սակայն ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ դքւնոը մակերեսային է և անորակ: Ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ քունը թուլ չի տալիս օրգանիզմին ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել: Մյուս հետևանքը լիքը միզապարկն է և ջրազրկումը:
2. Շատ ժամանակ մի անցկացրեք հեռուստացույցի, սմարթֆոնի և պլանշետի առաջ: Դա վտանգավոր է երկու պատճառով 1) էկրանի վառ լուսավորում խանգարում է ձեր ուղեղի այնպիսի հորմոնների աշխատանքին, որոնք կարևոր են քնելու համար, 2) տեղեկատվության հոսքը չի թողնում ուղեղին հանգստանալ, ծանրաբեռնում է ուղեղը, ինչն էլ բնականաբար ազդում է քնի վրա
3. Խուսափեք լարված, ծանր գրքեր կարդալուց: Ոչ ոք ձեզ չի խանգարում ընթերցել, բայց քնելուց առաջ նախապատվությունը տվեք թեթև ու հումորային գրքերին: Մի ծանրաբեռնեք ձեզ բացասական լիցքերով և տհաճ մտքերով:
4. Մի ընդունեք տաք լոգանք: Ի տարբերություն հայտնի համոզմունքի, քնելուց առաջ լոգանք ընդունելը, լավագույն գաղափարը չէ: Բանն այն է,որ քնած ժամանակ մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը նվազում է մի քանի աստիճանով, իսկ տաք լոգանքը բարձրացնում է ձեր մարմնի ջերմաստիճանը: Կարող եք լոգանք ընդունել քնելուց մի քանի ժամ առաջ: Այդ ժամանակ ջերմաստիճանը նորմայի սահմաններում կլինի, իսկ քունը արագ:
5. Աշխատեք քնելուց առաջ շատ չուտել, բայց սոված քնելն էլ լավագույն որոշումը չէ: Կարող եք ուտել մի քանի միրգ, շատ փոքր կոտր միս, մածուն: Հնարավոր է, որ մի լավ ուտելուց դժվար է հրաժարվել, բայց հանուն հանգիստ քնի կարելի է դա հաղթահարել:
