Ինչո՞վ է օգտակար կանաչին

Գրեթե բոլոր կանաչիները հարուստ են վիտամին С –ով, կարոտինով ու ֆոլաթթվով։ Բայց դա կանաչու հիմնական արժանիքը չէ։ Կանաչու հիմնական օգտակարությունը դրանում պարունակվող կենսաբանական ակտիվ նյութերի ու եթերային տարրերի մեջ է։ Եթերային յուղերը, որոնք էլ հենց կանաչուն բույր են հաղորդում, ունեն հակամիկրոբային ու հակաբորբոքային գործողություն։ Հենց այդ պատճառով կանաչու հիմքով բազմաթիվ դեղամիջոցներ են պատրաստում, որոնք արդյունավետ են մրսածության ու այլ հիվանդությունների դեպքում։

Կանաչին մսի հետ

Պարզվում է, որ կանաչիով ոչ բոլոր աղցաները կարող են առավելագույն օգտակար լինել։ Աղցաններում հաճախ պարունակվում է թրթնջուկաթթու, իսկ կանաչին շատ կալցիում է պարունակվում։ Իրար հետ կոնտակտի մեջ մտնելով՝ դրանք կարող են նպաստել օրգանիզմում աղերի նստվածքի գոյացմանը, ու օգտակար նյութերը այդ դեպքում արյան մեջ չեն ներծծվում։ Թրթնջուկաթթվի ազդեցությունը մեղմելու համար պետք է աղցանները թթվասերով կամ սերուցքով համեմել։

Կանաչին կարելի է չորացնել ու պահել ձմռան համար, որպեսզի հետո այն հավելեք կերակուրների մեջ։ Մանրացած կանաչին պետք է հավելել արդեն պատրաստի կերակրատեսակների մեջ, որպեսզի դրանք չկորցնեն օգտակար հատկությունները ջերմային մշակման ժամանակ։ Կանաչին կարելի է հավելել ցանկացած կերակրատեսակի, նաեւ՝ մածունին կամ պարզապես բուտերբրոդի մեջ գործածել։
