Ինչպես պատրաստել

  • եփեք 0,5 լ սուրճ (ես օգտագործում եմ սև սուրճ և French press)
  • բլենդերում լավ հարեք սուրճը
  • ավելացրեք 1 ճաշի գդալ կարագ
  • ավելացրեք 1 ճաշի գդալ կոկոսի յուղ
  • խառնեք մինչև համասեռ զանգված դառնա
  • խմեք :)

Ինչ տվեց ինձ այս ըմպելիքը

1. Ես մոռացա սովի զգացումի մասին

Նույնիսկ այն օրերին, երբ ես 4-6 ժամ սպորտով էի զբաղվում, 1 բաժակ այս ըմպելիքը օգնում էր ժամեր շարունակ չզգալ քաղցի զգացողություն, ինչը հիանալի է նիհարել ցանկացող մարդու համար:

 

2. Ես լի եմ էներգիայով

Մինչև այս ըմպելիքը ես օրվա կեսից աննկարագրելի հոգնում էի: Հիմաիմ էներգիան հերիքում է մինչև օրվա վերջ: 

3. Այն հրաշալի օգնում է անքնության դեմ

Ես, ինչպես մեր օրերում շատերը տառապում էի անքնությամբ: Գիշերները համակարգչի մոտ անցկացնելով, առավոտյան այնքան էլ լավ աշխատանքային տեսք չէի ունենում,իսկ հիմա ոռացել եմ այդ խնդրի մասին, քնում եմ ինչպես նորածինը :)

Ես չէի պատկերացնում, որ կկարողանամ նման բան խմել, բայց չեք էլ պատկերացնի,թե ինչ համեղ է այն:
