Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը հանդես Է եկել Brexit-ի «խիստ տարբերակի» օգտին, որը նախատեսում Է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալն ազատ առեւտրի եվրոպական գոտուց: Այս հայտարարությունը քաղաքական գործիչն արել Է հոկտեմբերի 6-ին՝ Փարիզում ելույթ ունենալով Ժակ Դելորի ինստիտուտում, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով Reute rs գործակալությանը:
«Մեծ Բրիտանիան ցանկանում Է լքել Եվրամիությունը, բայց չվճարել դուրս գալու դիմաց: Դա անկարելի Է»,-հայտարարել Է Օլանդը:
«Բրիտանիան քվեարկեց Brexit-ի օգտին, եւ ես վստահ եմ, որ դա կլինի «խիստ» Brexit: Մենք պետք Է ընդառաջենք ԵՄ-ից դուրս գալու բրիտանացիների ցանկությանը, բայց մենք պետք Է հաստատակամ լինենք, այլապես կասկածի տակ ենք դնում Եվրամիության բուն սկզբունքները»,-հավելել Է քաղաքական գործիչը:
Brexit-ի այսպես կոչված «խիստ տարբերակը» նշանակում Է, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան դուրս Է գալիս ազատ առեւտրի եվրոպական գոտուց, եւ հանրակցության հետ հարաբերությունների մակարդակն իջնում Է մինչեւ պարզ առեւտրական համաձայնություններ: Մինչդեռ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը հոկտեմբերի 5-ին պահպանողականների ամենամյա համագումարում ունեցած իր եզրափակիչ ելույթում հայտարարել Է, որ Լոնդոնը ձգտում Է Բրյուսելի հետ իր բանակցություններում հասնել այնպիսի համաձայնագրի, որը սերտ կապեր կպահպաներ ԵՄ-ի հետ:
«Ես կցանկանայի, որ ԵՄ-ի հետ համաձայնագիրն արտացոլեր դաշինքի հետ մեր սերտ կապերը, ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի հարցերում մեր համագործակցությունը եւ ազատ առեւտրին մեր աջակցությունը»,-հայտնել Է թորիների կառավարող կաբինետի ղեկավարը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Մեյը նշել Է, որ դեռեւս վաղ Է խոսել, թե հատկապես ինչ համաձայնություն ձեռք կբերվի ԵՄ-ի ղեկավարության հետ պաշտոնական Լոնդոնի բանակցություններում:
Վարչապետը նաեւ կրկնել Է, որ բրիտանական կառավարությունը Լիսաբոնի պայմանագրի 50-րդ հոդվածը կգործարկի հաջորդ տարվա մարտից ոչ ուշ, հոդված, որը ԵՄ-ի կազմից անդամ երկրի դուրս գալու երկամյա ընթացակարգ Է նախատեսում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
