Երբևէ մտածել ե՞ք ՝ ինչքան ժամանակ եք ծախսում սոցիալական ցանցերի վրա։
EnterTrain-ը ստորև ներկայացնում է մի աղջկա պատմություն, ով մի ամբողջ շաբաթ հրաժարվեց սոցիալական ցանցերից, չնայած մինչ այդ խոստովանել էր, որ կախվածություն ունի դրանցից։
Ահա, թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ, երբ նա յոթ օր չստուգեց իր օգտահաշիվները սոցիալական ցանցերում։
1․ Ես սկսեցի ավելի լավ քնել
Սա տվյալ փորձի լավագույն արդյունքն է։ Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ քնելուց առաջ սմարթֆոնի էկրանին նայելով՝ մենք անկախ մեզանից ազդում ենք մելատոնինի մակարդակի վրա, ինչն էլ հանգեցնում է քնի վատ որակի։
2․ Ես հասկացա, որ ես շատ մտացածին ընկերներ ունեմ, որոնց հետ ցանկանում էի կիսվել յուրաքանչյուր քայլով։
3․ Ես ավելի շատ ազատ ժամանակ ունեցա
Մեր պատմության հերոսուհին աշխատում է ազատ գրաֆիկով, չնայած միշտ ջանում է գործը սկսել առավոտյան 9․00-ին և ավարտել երեկոյան 18․00—ին։ Առաջին օրը, երբ նա հրաժարվեց սոցիալական ցանցերի, նա աշխատանքն ավարտեց 15․00-ին։
4․ Ես ավելի քիչ նյարդային դարձա։
Զարմանալի է, բայց առաջին հայացքից անվնաս թվացող սոցիալական ցանցերն ազդում են մարդու էմոցիոնալ վիճակի վրա։
5․ Ինչ-որ բան փոխվեց, բայց սարսափելի ոչինչ տեղի չունեցավ
Այո, եղան բազմաթիվ դրական պահեր, սակայն գրանցվեցին նաև բացասական որոշ պահեր, քանի որ մեր հերոսուհին, իրոք, կապված է սոցիալական ցանցերից իր աշխատանքի պատճառով։
Աղջիկը հասկացավ, որ պետք չէ կտրականապես հրաժարվել սոցիալական ցանցերից, բայց պետք չէ մոռանալ նաև իրական կյանքի մասին, քանի որ այն ավելի հետաքրքիր և կարևոր է։
