«Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեում հարկադրված կադրային փոփոխություններ չեն լինելու: Այսօր բոլորից նույն պահանջն ունեմ՝ աշխատել. աշխատել ակտիվ և բարեխիղճ և միշտ առաջ նայել: Այսօր ոլորտում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ կան, որոնց լուծումը պետք է լինի մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի խնդիրը»,- այս մասին ՋՏՊԿ աշխատակազմի անդամների և ՋՕԸ-երի պետերի հետ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում հայտարարեց Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմի տեի նորանշանակ նախագահ Արսեն Հարությունյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էր նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Գագիկ Մարտիրոսյանը:
Ա. Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ ոլորտի արդյունավետ կառվարման համար մի շարք կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ են անհրաժեշտ՝ օրինակ՝ ՋՕԸ-երի խոշորացումը, սակայն ցանկացած աշխատանքի հիմքում պետք է ընկած լինի մեկ սկզբունք՝ բարեխիղճ աշխատանքը:
«Ես այսօր արդեն հանձնարարել եմ գույքագրում իրականացնել և հնարավորինս սեղմ ժամկետներում ինձ ներկայացնել ՋՕԸ-երի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող ոռոգելի հողերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ, որպեսզի կարողանանք հստակ պատկերացում կազմել այն մասին, թե որտեղ ենք թերանում: Ես կարծում եմ, որ մեր առաջնային խնդիրներից մեկը պետք է լինի ծախսերի արդյունավետության հստակեցում, ոռոգելի հողատարածքների ավելացումը և ի վերջո, կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի բացառումը»,- նշեց Ա. Հարությունյանը:
Վարչապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Գագիկ Մարտիրոսյանը հաջողություն մաղթեց Ա. Հարությունյանին և նշեց, որ երիտասարդ սերնդի ներգրավումը կառավարման ոլորտում հույս է ներշնչում, քանի որ ջրային տնտեսության ոլորտում ծառացած խնդիրները ոչ միայն արմատական, համակարգային լուծումներ են պահանջում, այլև՝ նորարարական մոտեցումներ:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Ա. Հարությունյանը երաշխավորեց, որ ՋՕԸ-երի ներկայացուցիչներից յուրաքանչյուրի խնդիրը լսելի կլինի, իսկ նման հանդիպումները կդառնան պարբերական.
«Ձեր աշխատանքի որակից շատ բան է կախված՝ թե՛ մեր գործունեության արդյունավետության առումով, թե՛ քաղաքացիների բարօրության»,- ասաց նա:
Ա. Հարությունյանը հանձնարարեց կարճ ժամանակում գույքագրում իրականացնել նաև պոմպակայաններում, որոնք անմխիթար վիճակում են գտնվում: Նա նաև հանձնարարեց օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ պատրաստել, որոնք թույլ կտան Կոմիտեին վերահսկել ՋՕԸ-երի պետերի նշանակումները: Ըստ Ա. Հարությունյանի՝ այսպիսով հնարավոր կլինի ոչ միայն վերահսկել ՋՕԵ-երի գործունեության արդյունավետությունը, այլև՝ պատասխանատվության հստակ մեխանիզմներ մշակել:
