Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, հիմք ընդունելով Երեւան քաղաքի ավագանու հոկտեմբերի 5-ի որոշումը, մայրաքաղաքի 2798-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ հանդիսավոր պայմաններում, Երեւանի պատվավոր քաղաքացու կոչում է շնորհել «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնի մեծահասակների պոլիկլինիկայի բժիշկ-ռեւմատոլոգ, ՀՀ վաստակավոր բժիշկ Սառա Եսայանին, դերասան, ՀՀ ժողովրդական արտիստ Ռաֆայել Քոթանջյանին, Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի չեմպիոն, Եվրոպական խաղերի արծաթե մեդալակիր, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջազգային կարգի սպորտի վարպետ Միհրան Հարությունյանին եւ հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտիկ, աշխարհի կրկնակի եւ Եվրոպայի եռակի չեմպիոն, 2016թ. ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերի ոսկե մեդալակիր Արթուր Ալեքսանյանին:
