Գյումրիի ավագանու անդրանիկ նիստում քաղաքապետ վերընտրվեց Սամվել Բալասանյանը

 Գյումրիի քաղաքապետարանում հոկտեմբերի 10-ին գումարվեց քաղաքի նորընտիր ավագանու անդրանիկ նիստը: 

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակիցը, նիստի ընթացքում կայացած փակ քվերակության արդյունքում քաղաքապետ վերընտրվեց Սամվել Բալասանյանը: Անդրանիկ նիստին ավագանու 33 անդամներից ներկա էին 17-ը` բոլորը «Բալասանյան դաշինքից»: Ավագանու անդամության շեմը հաղթահարած մյուս երեք կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները` Բարգավաճ Հայաստան, Հայկական վերածնունդ և ԳԱԼԱ, ներկա չէին նիստին` ի նշան բողոքի:

Գյումրու ավագանու կազմը հստակեցվեց հոկտեմբերի 9-ին թիվ 34 ԸԸՀ-ի նիստի ժամանակ: Ընտրությունները կանոնակարգող թիվ 34 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովը կրկնակի քվերակությամբ հաստատեց՝ Գյումրու  ավագանու 17 մանդատ տրվում է «Բալասանյան դաշինք»-ին, 8 մանդատ՝ «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը, 4-ական  մանդատ՝ «Հայկական վերծնունդ» և ԳԱԼԱ կուսակցություններին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ԸԸՀ-ի այս որոշումը հաստատվեց  ձայների 6 կողմ և 1 դեմ հարաբերությամբ: Հանձնաժողովի առավոտյ ան կայացած նիստի ժամանակ գրանցվել էր 6 կողմ և 1 ձեռնպահ, սակայն, ինչպես տեղեկացրին թիվ 34 ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովից« այս դեպքում ձեռնպահ քվեարկելու իրավունք չկա՝ անհրաժեշտ է քվեարկել կողմ կամ դեմ, և հանձնաժողովի տվյալ անդամն այս դեպքում դեմ քվեարկեց այդ որոշմանը:

Որոշումը ուժի մեջ մտավ հրապարակման պահից և այն կարող է բողոքարկվել 3 օրվա ընթացքում ՝վարչական դատարանում:

Թիվ 34 ԸԸՀ-ի  նույն օրվա ընթացքում նիստ էր գումարել  և  կրկնակի քվերակություն նշանակել, քանի որ առաջին քվեարկության ժամանակ աղմուկի պատճառով ոչ բոլորն էին տեսել քվեարկության ընթացքը, իսկ վերջում արդյունքերը չէին բարձրաձայնվել:
