Orer.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստ Հարություն Մովսիսյանը պնդում է՝ այսօր մշակույթի գործիչներին հատկացվող ուշադրությունն ու օժանդակությունը բավարար չէ, ավելին՝ շատ քիչ է։ 

-Պարոն Մովսիսյան, դուք՝ որպես վաստակավոր արտիստ, մշակույթի մարդ, ինչպե ՞ս եք գնահատում այսօր մշակույթին հատկացվող օժանդակությունը, աջակցությունը։ Կա ՞ն մարդիկ, ովքեր մշտապես արվեստի կողքին են։

-Կարող եմ ասել, որ մշակույթին ու մշակութային գործիչներին հատկացվող օգնությունն ու ուշադրությունը բավական քիչ է։ Սակայն, կամ մարդիկ, ովքեր մշտապես մեր կողքին են։ Կարող եմ առանձնացնել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին։ Սա այն դեպքն է, երբ կարելի է միայն հիացմունք արտահայտել, որովտեև ոչ մի դեպք չի եղել, որ արվեստագետներին այդպես նրբորեն ու բարձր մակարդակով վերաբերվեն։ Բոլոր այն գործերը, որոնք Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կատարում է, կատարում է մաքուր խղճով, ազնվորեն և մեծ հայրենասիրությամբ։ Դա շատ գնահատվում է բոլորի կողմից։ Ամեն ինչ արվում է իրեն հատուկ կերպով, որը մեծ ջերմություն էառաջացնում նրա նկատմամբ։

-Վերջին շրջանում շատ է քննարկվում Ծառուկյանի՝ քաղաքականություն վերադարձի հարցը։ Ժողովուրդը, կարելի է ասել, պահանջում է, որ նա վերադառնա քաղաքականություն։ Դուք դրան ինչպե ՞ս եք վերաբերվում։

-Ինքն այնքան հասկացող, տրամաբանող մարդ է, որ խորհրդի կարիք չի զգա։ Նա անձամբ տեսնում է, որտեղ կարող է արդյունավետ աշխատել իր սիրելի հայրենիքի համար։ Դա իր դաստիարակությունն է, որպես երկիրը սիրող, հող ու ջուրը սիրող մարդ։ Ինքը եթե որոշի նորից հետ գա ու անցնի այդ գործին, ուրեմն դա իր որոշումը կլինի։ Իհարկե, դա միանշանակ կողջունվի և ընդունելի կլինի ժողովրդի կողմից։ Դա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցելու է, որ ինքը մտահոգ է, անհանգիստ է, ամեն կերպ ուզում է ստեղծել պայմաններ, որ ժողովուրդը չլքի երկիրը։
