Սովորություն համեմատու մեզ ուրիշների հետ և նայել նրանց ներքևից՝ կարծես նրանք վերևում են:Գնահատելով մեզ ուրիշների միջոցով  մենք մեզ երբ ենք չենք ճանաչի ԻՐԱԿԱՆ:Եթե չորոշենք, թե ինչ ենք ուզում մեր կյանքում, դա մեր փոխարեն կանեն ուրիշները:

 

2.Մրցակցության սովորություն



Երբ ինչ որ մեկին չափանիշ ենք դարձնում ու եռանդորեն ջանք ենք թափում, որպեսզի ավելի լավը դառնանք՝ մեր կյանքը դառնում է մրցավազք, այն ինչ լավից լավը միշտ էլ կգտնվի:

3.Հուսալու սովորություն




Հրաժարվելով հավատալ ինքներս մեզ, մենք ապրում ենք հույսով ու հավատով:Ամբողջ ժամանակ ինչ-որ բանի ենք սպասում, չիմանալով նույնիսկ ինչի:

 

4.Սովորություն՝ փորձել արժանանալ ինչ որ մեկի հավանությանը


 

Երբ մենք չգիտենք մեր սեփական արժեքը, մենք ուզում ենք իմանալ ուրիշների գնահատականը մեր մասին:Իսկ այդ ժամանակ մենք չենք անում այն ինչ ցանկանում ենք, այլ այն՝ ինչը անելով ուրիշներին դուր կգանք:Բայց այդպես մենք չենք ունենա բավարարվածության զգացում:Պետք է «խախտել» այս վատ սովորությունը և իմանալ սեփական անձի արժեքը:

 

5..Խղճահարություն առաջացնելու սովորություն


 

Երբ մենք չենք հավատում սեփական ուժերին, մենք այն օգտագործում ենք ուրիշների  համար՝ նրանց ցանկություններն ու նպատակները իրականացնելու համար:Կամա թե ակամա մենք դառնում են մանիպուլյատորներ՝ մենք խղճահարություն ենք առաջացնում մարդկանց մոտ, մեզ մեղավոր դրսևորելով…
