Սահմանային լարվածությունը կրկին ուժեղացել է: Վերջին օրերին հասարակությունը սպասում էր մեր Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության, նաև միջազգային կառույցների ավելի հստակ դիրքորոշմանը:

Past.am-ի հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ վերջին օրերի սահմանային լարվածության պարագայում ԱԳՆ կողմից որևէ հայտարարություն, բողոքի նոտա, կամ այլ տիպի պաշտոնական արձագանք չկա, ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանն ասաց, որ մեր դիտարկումը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Ըստ նրա՝ նոտաները, հանդիպումները և այլ տեսակի քայլերը սովորաբար չեն հրապարակվում:

Միջադեպերի առնչությամբ պարոն Բալայանը հայտարարել է. «Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի հետ սահմանի և Արցախի հետ շփման գծի երկայնքով տարբեր, ներառյալ՝ ծանր զինատեսակների օգտագործմամբ հրադադարի կոպիտ խախտումները հերթական անգամ ապացուցում են, որ Բաքուն շարունակաբար փորձում է խաթարել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացը, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ հիմնահարցի հանգուցալուծմանն ուղղված ջանքերը, նրանց կողմից առաջիկայում նախաձեռնած շփումները։ Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքների կոպտագույն խախտումների խայտառակ իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ միջազգային հանրության աճող քննադատությունը Բաքվի ռեժիմը փորձում է շեղել այս կարգի սադրիչ գործողություններով:  Խստորեն դատապարտելի է Ադրբեջանի այս արկածախնդիր գործելաոճը, որի հետևանքով մարդիկ են զոհվում և վիրավորվում, զգալի նյութական վնաս է հասցվում»:
