Ինչպե՞ս հաղթահարել բաժանումը

Հարաբերություններում ամենից ցավագինը բաժանումն է: Սերը մեծ զգացմունք է, որը ոչ միայն հաճելի հետեւանքներ է ունենում՝ շքեղ հարսանիքի, ընտանիքի եւ երեխաների տեսքով: Նաեւ հարաբերությունների խզում է լինում: Գլխավորը՝ չկոտրվել եւ հավատալ լավագույնին: Իհարկե, ասելը դյուրին է, անելը՝ դժվար, բայց հավատացեք, բաժանումը հաղթահարելու եւ առաջ շարժվելու այլ տարբերակ չունեք:
Ինչպիսին էլ եղել է ձեր նախկին սիրելին, բաժանումից հետո միշտ տհաճ է ու ցավագին: Շատերն այնքան ծանր են տանում բաժանումը, որ խորը դեպրեսիա են ապրում: Բայց պետք չէ այդ ամենն այդքան սրտին մոտ ընդունել: Դա ընդամենը կյանքի հերթական փուլի ավարտն է եւ, անկասկած, ամեն ինչ կհարթվի:
Նախ՝ ընդունեք փաստը, որ արդեն բաժանվել եք: Պետք չէ հույս տածել, որ նախկին սիրելին կվերադառնա, նստել ու սպասել նրան: Եթե նա գնացել է ուրիշի մոտ, պետք չէ ամեն ինչում մրցակցին կամ մրցակցուհուն մեղադրել: Պետք չէ նաեւ ինքներդ ձեզ մեղադրել: Բաժանման պատճառն ամենեւին էլ դուք չեք կամ «այն բարձրահասակ շիկահերը»: Պատճառը նա է, ով որոշել է հեռանալ: Եվ դուք դեռ կգտնեք մեկին, ում հետ ձեզ ավելի լավ կզգաք:
Մի ընկղմվեք դժբախտ սիրո մասին մտքերի մեջ: Բաժանումը սիրելի գործով զբաղվելու, ընկերների հետ ավելի շատ ժամանակ անցկացնելու առիթ է: Հնարավոր է՝ ընկերուհիների հետ բոուլինգ խաղալու գնալով՝ գտնեք այն միակին, ում հետ ապրելու եք ձեր ամբողջ կյանքը: Սթափ դատեք ձեր նախկին հարաբերությունների մասին: Ինչպիսի՞ն կլիներ արդյունքը: Եթե դուք տարբեր մարդիկ եք, համատեղ ապագա ունենալ չէիք կարող, այդ դեպքում ինչո՞ւ միմյանց տանջել: Միմյանց ազատություն եւ սեփական կեսին գտնելու հնարավորություն տվեք:
Սիրեք ինքներդ ձեզ, զբաղվեք ձեր մարմնով: Բաժանումը լավ առիթ կարող է լինել: Սպորտով զբաղվեք, գեղեցկության սրահ հաճախեք: Մի մոռացեք կատարելագործել ձեր գիտելիքները եւ ունակությունները: Հետաքրքիր գրքեր կարդացեք, ճանապարհորդեք, շատ ուշադրություն հատկացրեք աշխատանքին:
Մի մոռացեք աշխատել ձեր թերությունների ուղղությամբ, ազատվեք վատ սովորույթներից:
