Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Բան Կի-մունը ուղերձ է հղել Աղջիկ երեխայի միջազգային օրվա առթիվ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ուղերձն ամբողջությամբ:
«Աղջիկ երեխայի միջազգային օրվա այս տարվա թեման հիմնված է Կայուն զարգացման 17 նպատակների վրա: Կարգախոսն է՝ «Աղջիկների առաջընթաց՝ նշանակում է Նպատակների առաջընթաց»:
«Կայուն զարգացման օրակարգ - 2030» փաստաթղթի իրականացման հարցում առանցքային է աշխարհի 1,1 միլիարդ աղջիկների բարեկեցությունը, իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն ու զորացումն ապահովելը: Համաձայնության գալով այս օրակարգի շուրջ՝ մենք խոստացանք աղջիկներին ապահովել որակյալ կրթությամբ և առողջապահական ծառայություններով:
Մենք հանձն առանք վերջ տալ աղջիկների նկատմամբ խտրականությանն ու բռնություններին և այնպիսի վնասակար իրողություններին, ինչպիսին է, օրինակ, մանկահասակ աղջիկների ամուսնությունը: Մենք պարտավորվեցինք ոչ մեկի չանտեսել:
Շատ հաճախ գյուղերում, չքավոր ավաններում և փախստականների ճամբարներում հենց աղջիկներն են անտեսվում՝ զուրկ լինելով սննդարար ուտելիքից, առողջապահական ծառայություններից, որակյալ կրթությունից և ենթարկվելով սեռական բռնության վտանգին:
Աղջիկների առաջընթացի գործում ներդրումը և՛ ճիշտ է, և՛ խելամիտ: Այն շղթայական ազդեցություն է ունենում զարգացման բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ ընդգրկելով նաև ապագա սերունդները:
Բայց այն, ինչ հնարավոր չէ չափել, չես կարող կառավարել։ Եթե չհավաքագրենք մեզ անհրաժեշտ տվյալները, երբեք չենք իմանա՝ արդյո՞ք հաջողվում է իրականացնել մեր խոստումները:
Հարկ է ապահովել, որ մեր նախաձեռնությունները հասնեն բոլոր աղջիկներին. ծայրահեղ աղքատության մեջ ապրող աղջիկներին, մեկուսացած գյուղական վայրերում ապրող աղջիկներին, հատուկ կարիքներով աղջիկներին, տեղաբնիկ համայնքներում ապրող աղջիկներին, ինչպես նաև փախստական կամ սեփական երկրում տեղահանված աղջիկներին:
Ժամանակին ստացված բարձրորակ տվյալները վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունեն՝ ցույց տալու, թե որտեղ ենք իրագործում մեր խոստումները, իսկ որտեղ՝ հետ մնում:
Եկե՛ք բոլորս ջանք թափենք՝ ապահովելու, որ ներառված լինեն բոլոր աղջիկները, որովհետեև բոլոր աղջիկները կարևոր են»:
