«Հայաստան» հիմնադրամը համայնքային կենտրոն է կառուցում Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանում

«Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամն Արցախի Հադրութի շրջանի Տումի գյուղում նոր համայնքային կենտրոն է կառուցում՝ Ֆրանսիայի իր տեղական մարմնի հովանավորությամբ: Ինչպես հայտնեցին «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի լրատվական ծառայությունից, ծրագիրը համաֆինանսավորում է ԼՂՀ կառավարությունը:
Երկհարկանի կառույցը մեկ հարկի տակ կկենտրոնացնի գյուղապետարանը, բուժկետը, գրադարանը, խաղասրահն ու համակարգչային սենյակը: 150 հանդիսատեսի համար կից կառուցվող դահլիճն էլ կծառայի համայնքի ամենատարբեր միջոցառումների անցկացմանը:
«Վերջապես կկարողանանք համայնքի հավաքներն անցկացնել տեղում՝ առանց գյուղից հեռանալու: Իսկ արդի պայմաններով բուժկետ ունենալը կրկնակի անհրաժեշտություն է մեզ համար, քանի որ գյուղը Հադրութից գտնվում է 31 կմ հեռավորության վրա, եւ հաճախ անհրաժեշտ է լինում այստեղ ծնունդներ ընդունել»,- նշում է գյուղապետ Էդիկ Մոսիյանը:
768 բնակիչ ունեցող Տումիում Հիմնադրամը տարիներ առաջ նաեւ վերանորոգել է ջրամատակարարման ցանցը, կահավորել գյուղի դպրոցն ու տրամադրել մանկապարտեզի գույքի մի մասը:
Կարեւորելով համայնքային կենտրոնների դերակատարումը համայնքի կյանքում՝ վերջին երեք տարիների ընթացքում, այլ ծրագրերին զուգահեռ, ֆրանսահայերը հովանավորել են մեկ տասնյակից ավել կենտրոնների կառուցումն Արցախում:
