«Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը լավ, արդյունավետ պատգամավոր էր, օրենսդրական աշխատանքը նրա տարերքն Էր, և նրա հեղինակած մի քանի որակյալ օրենքներ մինչ օրս ապացուցել են իրենց կենսունակությունը։ 2012 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում նա չվերընտրվեց։ Դրանից պետք չէր ողբերգություն սարքել և տարիների ընթացքում քեն պահել իր ընտրատարածքում հաղթած պատգամավորի վրա, փորձել նրանից վրեժ լուծել և վարկաբեկել։ «Աբիժնիկությունն» արդյունավետ էմոցիա չէ. մի անգամ չի ստացվել, մեկ ուրիշ անգամ կստացվի, կամ թեկուզ ոչ մի անգամ էլ չստացվի՝ կյանքում բազմաթիվ այլ հետաքրքիր գործեր  կան։

 

... Հարց է ծագում՝ ինչպես էր նա չորս տարի լուռումունջ աշխատում մի մարդու մոտ, որին, իր խոսքերով, պետր է զոլավոր շորեր հագցնել։ Պատասխան, չէի աշխատում, ձև էի անում, թե աշխատում եմ, գնում-գալիս էի գործի և աշխատավարձ էի ստանում։ Եթե այդպես է, ապա՝ ավելի վատ:

 

Բայց այդ՝ «երիտասարդ թոշակառուի» կարգավիճակը Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանին, հավանաբար, ձանձրացրել է, և նա որոշել է դարձյալ պատգամավոր դառնալ։ Այստեղ կա երկու տարբերակ, կամ մտնել ՀՀԿ ցուցակ, կամ դառնալ ընդդիմադիր։ Առաջին տարբերակում, որքան հասկանում եմ, պարոն Դալլաքյանին երաշխիքներ չտվեցին։ Մնում է ընդդիմադիրի ճանապարհը։ Բայց «ստարտային պայմաններն» այդ գործչի համար չափազանց վատն են՝ Բաղրամյան 26-ից նոր դուրս եկածի շուրթերից սովորական ընդդիմադիր հռետորաբանությունը համոզիչ չի հնչում։ Ոչինչ, ինչպես ասում են՝ փորձը փորձանք չի։
