ՀՀԿ-ում Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանին երաշխիքներ չտվեցին. «Առավոտ»

«Առավոտ» թերթն իր խմբագրականում գրում է. «Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը լավ, արդյունավետ պատգամավոր էր, օրենսդրական աշխատանքը նրա տարերքն էր, եւ նրա հեղինակած մի քանի որակյալ օրենքներ մինչ օրս ապացուցել են իրենց կենսունակությունը։ 2012 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում նա չվերընտրվեց։ Դրանից պետք չէր ողբերգություն սարքել եւ տարիների ընթացքում քեն պահել իր ընտրատարածքում հաղթած պատգամավորի վրա, փորձել նրանից վրեժ լուծել եւ վարկաբեկել։ «Աբիժնիկությունն» արդյունավետ էմոցիա չէ. մի անգամ չի ստացվել, մեկ ուրիշ անգամ կստացվի, կամ թեկուզ ոչ մի անգամ էլ չստացվի՝ կյանքում բազմաթիվ այլ հետաքրքիր գործեր կան։
Բայց ոչ՝ քաղաքական գործչի բնավորության անբաժանելի մասն է կազմում նարցիսիզմը, որն այդ «մասնագիտության տեր» մարդկանց մոտ արտահայտվում է այս կամ այն չափով, բայց պարտադիր պիտի լինի: Բացի այդ, «բարձր շրջանակներում» շփվելը, ծառայողական մեքենան, քարտուղարուհին, այս կամ այն հարցով «վերեւներին» միջնորդելը՝ նոմենկլատուրային կյանքի տարրերից դժվար է հրաժարվել: Եվ Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը որոշել է 4 տարի «հավաքել» այդ հաճելի քարերը՝ ստանձնելով բարձր պաշտոն նախագահի աշխատակազմում:
Բնականաբար հարց է ծագում՝ ինչպես էր նա չորս տարի լուռումունջ աշխատում մի մարդու մոտ, որին, իր խոսքերով, պետր է զոլավոր շորեր հագցնել։ Պատասխան, չէի աշխատում, ձեւ էի անում, թե աշխատում եմ, գնում-գալիս էի գործի եւ աշխատավարձ էի ստանում։ Եթե այդպես է, ապա՝ ավելի վատ:
Բայց այդ՝ «երիտասարդ թոշակառուի» կարգավիճակը Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանին, հավանաբար, ձանձրացրել է, եւ նա որոշել է դարձյալ պատգամավոր դառնալ։ Այստեղ կա երկու տարբերակ, կամ մտնել ՀՀԿ ցուցակ, կամ դառնալ ընդդիմադիր։ Առաջին տարբերակում, որքան հասկանում եմ, պարոն Դալլաքյանին երաշխիքներ չտվեցին։ Մնում է ընդդիմադիրի ճանապարհը։ Բայց «ստարտային պայմաններն» այդ գործչի համար չափազանց վատն են՝ Բաղրամյան 26-ից նոր դուրս եկածի շուրթերից սովորական ընդդիմադիր հռետորաբանությունը համոզիչ չի հնչում։ Ոչինչ, ինչպես ասում են՝ փորձը փորձանք չի։
