Կորեայում համարվում է, որ երեխան իրականում ծնվում է 1 տարեկան հասակը լրանալուց: Դրա համար,եթե մեկը ձեզ ասում է, որ 25 տարեկան է, իմացեք, իրականում նա 24 տարեկան է:

Նրանք չեն գրում կարմիր թանաքով

Կորեացիները երբեք չեն գրումկարմիր թանաքով: Կարմիր գույնը համարվում  է  մահվան գույնը, և եթե դուք ձեր կորեացի ընկերոջը կարմիր գույն գրիչով նամակ գրեք, նա կմտածի՝ իր մահն եք ուզում: 

Նրանք շաբաթական 55 ժամ են աշխատում

Կորեայում աշխատավայրը համարվում է մարդու տունը, իսկ կոլեգաները՝ ընտանիքի անդամներ: Դրա համար օրական 14 ժամ աշխատելը նորմալ է: Շատ հաճախ աշխատող տղամարդիկ տուն են գալիս միայն գիշերը քնելու համար: 

Փետրվարի 14-ին կանայք են տղամարդկանց նվերներ անում

Սուրբ Վալենտինի օրը Կորեայում կոչվում է Կարմիր օր և այդ օրը կարելի է նվերներ անել միայն տղամարդկանց: Կանայք պետք է սպասեն մարտի 14-ին՝ Սպիտակ օրվան, երբ կարելի կլինի նվերներ ստանալ: Կորեացիները չեն մոռացել նաև ամուրիների մասին, նրանց համար հատուկ կա Սև օր՝ ապրիլի 14-ին:  

Երեխաների տեղ ամեն ինչ որոշում են ծնողները

Կորեական հասարակության մեջ շատ մեծ արժեք են տալիս մեծահասակների խոսքին. նրանք հարգված են և ունեն իրենց հատուկ դիրքը: Անգամ 30 տարեկան տղայի տեղ հայրը կորղ է որոշել որ աղջկա հետ հանդիպել և ում հետ ամուսնանալ:

Կորեացի տղամարդիկ դիմահարդարում են անում

Եթե Եվրոպայում խեթ են նայում դիմահարդարվող տղամարդկանց, ապա Կորեայում նրանց էլ ավելի են հարգում: Տղամարդիկ կանանցից շատ են դիմահարդարման և սպա կենտրոններում ժամանակ անցկացնում:

 

Նրանք շան միս են ուտում

Իհարկե սա նորություն չէ: Այս վայրի ավանդույթը դեռ պահպանվում է և կորեացիները շարունակում են շան միս ուտել: 

Նրանք վախենում են 4 թվից

Այս թիվն անհաջող է համարվում նույնիսկ այլ թվերի կողքին: 4 թիվը չի կարելի արտաբերել ընտանեկան խնջույքների ժամանակ, չի կարելի նշել 4-ամյակը, տունը կարող է շատ էժան վաճառվել, եթե հասցեի մեջ 4 թիվը կա:

Անգամ ամենաշոգ եղանակին արգելվում է օդափոխիչը միացրածքնել, քանի որ դա համարվում է մահ քնի մեջ:
