Կորեայում համարվում է, որ երեխան իրականում ծնվում է 1 տարեկան հասակը լրանալուց: Դրա համար,եթե մեկը ձեզ ասում է, որ 25 տարեկան է, իմացեք, իրականում նա 24 տարեկան է:

Կորեացիները երբեք չեն գրումկարմիր թանաքով: Կարմիր գույնը համարվում է մահվան գույնը, և եթե դուք ձեր կորեացի ընկերոջը կարմիր գույն գրիչով նամակ գրեք, նա կմտածի՝ իր մահն եք ուզում:

Երեխաների տեղ ամեն ինչ որոշում են ծնողները
Կորեական հասարակության մեջ շատ մեծ արժեք են տալիս մեծահասակների խոսքին. նրանք հարգված են և ունեն իրենց հատուկ դիրքը: Անգամ 30 տարեկան տղայի տեղ հայրը կորղ է որոշել որ աղջկա հետ հանդիպել և ում հետ ամուսնանալ:
