Չգիտեմ ինչու բայց ամեն տարի, երբ սկսվում է Գրին Քարտերի խաղարկությունը, ինձ մոտ տրամադրության կտրուկ անկում է գրանցվում, ես իհարկե չեմ քննարդատում ԱՄՆ ի քաղաքականությունը, դա իրենց գործն է, բայց այս ձևով մարդկանց հավաքելը շատ բացասական հետևանք է ունենում մեզանում: Բանն այն է, որ մարդիկ կտրվում են Հայաստանում իրենց ապագան կերտելու գործից ու մասնակցելով խաղարկությանը սկսում են իրենց հայենիքին հյուրանոցի նման վերաբերվել, սպասելով, որ կշահեն ու լուրջ և երկարատև ծրագրեր այլևս չեն կապում Հայաստանի հետ: Բազմաթիվ մարդիկ գիտեմ իմ շրջապատում, որ մասնակցում են այս խաղարկությանը, նրանց մեջ կան և ֆինանսապես կայուն մարդիկ և ուսանողներ և գործազուրկներ, բայց բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր մասնակցում են այդ խաղարկությանը, մի տեսակ հիվանդություն են ձեռք բերում, որը կոչվում է ոչինչ չանելու և սպասելու հիվանդություն, սա թուլացնում է մարդուն իր հայրենիքի մեջ, արմատախիլ է անում հայրենիքում ապրելու, երկիրը ուժեղացնելու բնազդը: Ինձ ճիշտ հասկացեք, ես խոսում եմ հոգեբանական ազդեցության մասին, այն շատ վտանգավոր է, քանզի խաղարկություններին դիմելը դառնում է հիվանդության նման մի բան ու խաղարկությունից խաղարկություն աշխատելու փոխարեն սկսում են ունենալ կյանքի մեկ գերնպատակ՝ շահել Գրին Քարտ ու գնալ ԱՄՆ: Ընդհանրապես՝ Հայաստանից կազմակերպված ձևով մարդանց տանելը պետք է ինչ որ կերպ կարգավորել, սա վերաբերում է թե ԱՄՆ ի թե ՌԴ ի կողմից վերաբնակեցման ծրագրերին: Երբեք չհավատաք, որ ընտրությունը պատահական է, տանում են գրագետ ու աշխատունակ մարդկանց, ինչը թուլացնում է մեր երկիրը:
