Արմինե Վարդևանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մինչ մեր իշանությունները զբաղված են այս կամ անառակին գործուղելո քաղաքական դաշտը, և մասնավորապես ընդդիմությունը կեղտոտելու համար, տարածաշրջանում տեղի են ունենում զարգացումներ, որոնք կարող են մեզ համար դրամատիկ հանգուցալուծում ունենալ։ Ռուս-թուրքական մերձեցումը շարունակվում է, և Պուտինի ստամբուլյան այցի ընթացքում թե վերջինս , և թե Էրդողանը խոսել են դեռևս տարիներ առաջ նախագծված «Հարավային հոսք» գազատարի մասին, որ ռուսական գազը Թուրքիայի տարածքով հասցնելու էր Եվրոպա։ Էրդողանը իր խոսքում նշել է, որ «Հարավային հոսք» նախագծի մաս է կազմում նար Ադրբեջանը, որի գազը նույնպես այս խողովակաշարով կարող է մատակարարվել եվրոպական երկրներ։ Տարիներ առաջ Դմրիտրի Տարիներ առաջ Մեդվեդևը բավականին հստակ և իրագործելի նախագծերի շուրջ պայմանավորվածություններ ունեցավ Ադրբեջանի հետ, վերջինիս գազատար խողովակներ կապող օղակ դարձներ Միջին Ասիայի, ռուսկան գազի միջև և Թուրքիայով այն դուրս բերել Եվրոպա։ Նորություն չեմ ասի, եթե ասեմ, որ Ադրբեջանին ու Թուրքիային ՌԴ-ն դիտարկում է որպես իր էներգետիկ ծրագրերը կյանքի կոչող կարևորագույն գործընկերներ։ Հիմա երբ կա եռակողմ համաձայնություն և ցանկություն նախագիծը կյանքի կոչելու, մեզ համար դարձյալ աճում է շփման գծում ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման վտանգը, քանի որ այս պահի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանը վայելում է ինչպես Թուրքիայի, այնպես էլ ՌԴ-ի լիակատար համակրանքն ու հովանավորչությունը։
